Incredible products and company. Cured my problematic chapped lips

I am on several different medications and have conditions that cause dry mouth and cause severe chapped lips. When I got this product, WOW, it truly changed my lips in a major way. I went from cracked, chapped, and even at times bloody lips; to velvety smooth, clean, kissable lips. I could not believe the difference. It remains smooth completely after using a couple times a day. Customer service was nice. Got automatic emails about shipping and delivery. Don't know why people are complaining and putting this amazing company down so much for. I been purchasing from this site for a couple times now no big wait or problems with communications. Just remember though, this is a small business. Its not going to be perfect with communication or delivery times. People, I swear, like to complain just for sake of it. This past time I bought a three pack of the lip balm. Came 7 days later. Wonderful.

Im glad i read all these reviews before purchasing it.. i was gonna get the 20 for 50 deal on facebook but i knew all them Facebook comments are not real so i decided to go to a real review site! And mannnnn toooo many people complaining about customer service and shipping time.. the company has yet to respond about any of that! Ill pass

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. When I finally did get my order I only received 3 of the 6 ordered. Notified them immediately. Going on a week since I notified them. In the meantime I’m getting ads stating that they are having a huge sale. It’s even appearing on facebook. I emailed them stating if the have so much product send me my 3 that they have been paid for. I truly can’t see spending any additional monies with this company. Completely ridiculous. Not worth my money time chasing down. They have not responded to me with any solution

Unnecessary Info

I came across this biodegradable lip balm and was interested, especially since I like the idea of supporting small businesses. HOWEVER, after seeing multiple reviews about packages being delayed for 2 - 4 months with little to no information, that already raised some concerns.

What ultimately made me decide not to try it was the product description stating "Black Owned Business." Why is the race of the owner relevant in the product description? Information like that belongs in the company’s story or about section, not in the product details.

If a white-owned business highlighted the owner's race in the same way, they would likely be heavily criticized for it. It’s simply not necessary information about the product itself. If you want to talk about the company and who runs it, that’s fine HOWEVER but the product page should focus on the product, not the owner’s race.

Ordered on January 12

Ordered on January 12. Today is February 21. Way past the 15-20 day delay on order shipment that is posted on their website and in the seemingly AI generated email I received that didn’t really seem to care about customers trying to support a small, minority owned business. Was planning to place a bigger order as gifts but I’m glad I didn’t. Willing to update if I receive my order in the near future.

UPDATE: Order received 3/5/26. The product quality and packaging are true to the marketing and so far I am satisfied with them. I would wait until they fix their production lines to handle the demand before ordering anything else.

Where are my lip balms??

Where are my lip balms??? I placed my order on 3 January and today is 10 February with no product in sight!! I see others have been waiting since December. This is beyond ridiculous! I’m thinking the BBB next.

where is the lip balm!?!

I ordered 2 lip balms a week before Christmas and have yet to receive any information regarding my order outside of a we are sorry we are backed up email the first week of January. I have messaged customer service twice and have not gotten any response. Super frustrating and will be filing a complaint with the better business burro.

5 week plus delivery

I placed my order late last year and, despite multiple attempts to obtain an update, did not receive a timely response. It has now been over one month since my purchase. A quoted fulfillment timeframe of four to five weeks—communicated after the fact—is highly unacceptable.

Ridiculous

I placed an order to support a small Black-owned business, expecting my item to arrive by Christmas, but it has now been over a month and a half with no product and no meaningful resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Supporting small businesses is important to me, which makes this experience even more frustrating—this delay without transparency is both ridiculous and sad.

Giving Benefit of the Doubt - Still Waiting

I placed my order on December 17th. It's now January 12th and my order has not shipped. They said their 2025 post-holiday shipping timeframe is around 15-20 days (though typically 5-10 days).

I checked my order and they said they are "currently facing an unprecedented backlog of orders due to the high demand for KOBEE's, so it might take a bit longer than we predicted..."

They also said they would send tracking info once shipped, but it would have been nice if they sent email updates so I didn't have to check TrustPilot to see if they are a scam company. I don't believe they are; their website allows me to cancel the order if I want.

I ordered for stocking stuffers

I ordered for Xmas. Paid extra for quicker shipping… still hasn’t arrived. No updates! Wish I had checked reviews before I ordered. Wanted support this company because it didn’t use plastic. Could be the best product in the world…I may never know! Won’t ever buy from them again

Might be a scam.

I placed an order on December 6th. Never received it. I wrote them an email and never got a response. Never got a delay email or any shipping information. Just a completely ignored order. Scam company.

Kobee’s I placed an order, never got it!

I placed an order 15 day’s ago to get product for Xmas gifts and received 3 delay emails. Kobee’s ignores emails for status up dates and refund. Bad business model, can’t keep up with customer demand, ignores customers! I heard people never received their product just gave up.

Products you need this summer!

My new order placed today is on its way! Wonderful news. I have enjoyed Kobee's products for over a year now. Their Facebook & Instagram posts and text messages all helped remind me to re-order. I'm almost out of their cuticle butter! This is a wonderful product to use on hands and feet. Its the best cuticle butter I have bought. I use Kobee's lip balm every day too.

Keep making high quality products! I'll continue to let others know about your products too. Let's all support this small business.

I love the consistency & Ingredients

I love the consistency, it glides on smoothly and they do help keep my lips moisturized. The flavors smell good but they only smell, not taste (they taste like nothing, but not bad). I also love the thick tube because it covers more lip area than the other skinny tubes. I suffer from dry lips and i also bite the dead skin off my inner lips constantly. These lip balms have helped me out alot. I like the lime and peppermint one (peppermint one tingles so my lips feel numb and i stop picking at them. I love that the ingredients are so clean. Makes me feel great about putting it on my lips because eventually, we all end up eating our lip balm!
