This company is a fraud. Sent me incorrect items then had the cheek to ask me to pay for return shipping costs instead of sending me what I actually ordered and paid for or refund me?! The customer service is atrocious awful. Please beware dont shop with this awful company.

This is a massive scam showing a product on line and then delivering a terrible piece of plastic nothing like image showing on line, then they offer a 60% refund to save you the trouble of postage back, the necklace they send cost no more than £1.50 scam scam save your money please

Bought some earrings for a present for my 80 year old Mum as she had chosen these herself from the website. Seemed like a bargain from £100 to £25 on a Black Friday deal.
They came in a plastic bag and are horrendous quality. I’ve tried to get money back or even get a response from this company just to be ignored.
What a waste of money as these will not be given as a present. Would be embarrassed to do so.
If you are wise enough to check out this company before buying save your money.

This site is truly deceptive. Don't ever purchase anything from this company. The products are cheap and nasty unlike their pictures shown on their site. Trying to get a refund is hopeless, they seem to have 2 different email addresses one in French the other in Spanish , the company is in China. They are obviously making a fortune out of gullible customers like myself, I have been trying to get a refund since the beginning of Dec, I've sent many emails to them, I realise I'm wasting my time.

Received a ring which broke in half within a month. Shared photo with customer service who said i had to send it back to their office in HK for inspection. However the refund policy for faulty products does not state that products need to be returned and says that photos or videos would suffice. I have not had a proper response or any response back to my email challenging them on this point. There is no point sending it back as it's broken and will cost me a lot in postage to do so. I want a refund based on the photo of the broken ring.

The products are about as bad as they could possibly be, taken my money and now won't respond, I'm also quite sure that they are based here in the UK

I wish I’d read Trustpilot before ordering some Earrings for my Wife. Honestly the metal that was sent could’ve been scraps from their workshop floor, it was that bad! At least it was only £24.99 but annoying.

Firstly all items on their lovely website are heavily discounted to give the impression you are getting a bargain. YOU ARE NOT!! In my opinion they are not worth a quarter of the final price and you can buy similar stuff on any British High street for much less.
I bought 2 pairs of Earrings for my wife and a necklace. It took over 2 weeks for the goods to get here (I believe they are made and shipped from CHINA as I translated some writing on the packets and the place of origin is Shenzen). One earring clasp was faulty and would not close. The other earring was ok but of poor quality and the necklace was much smaller than depicted on the website.
I emailed Koalabrandjewels "help" address and included order no, details of fault and a photo showing it clearly. a few days later I had an email back giving me a case number and asking for the information I had already supplied. There followed numerous emails back and forth and eventually I was given permission to return the faulty earrings but NOT given the address to return them to!!! All delaying tactics of course in the hope that you give up. They also specify that all costs involved in returning goods are at your, the customers expense. I note that many people writing reviews on Trustpilot mention that even if they have proof of delivery to this lot, they still do not receive a refund. Just in case you dont know there is another lot called Koalajewelsbrand which I believe are one and the same as this lot Koalabrandjewels. They deny it but its funny how the returns policy on both websites are word for word the same and the reviews for both are pretty much the same too. AVOID THEM BOTH!!!

I purchased a pair of earrings which looked lovely on the website and reduced in the sales from £80 or so down to £21. When they arrived 3 weeks later, they were NOTHING like the picture and were faulty. They had a glob of glue on the back.
I immediately requested a refund following the email on their website page.
And all i keep getting is holding messages asking for the order number and pictures of the faulty earrings. Which i have supplied multiple times.
I just want my money back!

Earrings - too expensive and poor quality
Product ordered is no way anything like it’s advertised in website! Product is not cheap but when I received the product eventually it looks cheap poor quality. I sent email to company to arrange for a return and refund and I’m still waiting on a reply!
I keep receiving the same emails saying the same thing issuing me with a case number! However still nothing.

I have sent approximately 8 emails requesting a refund but I’m still waiting no reply to any of the emails.
How are they allowed to get away with this!! Selling poor quality goods and charging way too much for them then not responding to customers when they wish ti return the products!
I will never ever order from this company I just want them to acknowledge my emails and take back their products and refund me my money why is it so hard!!!

I will also make sure all my friends and family are aware of this company steer way!!

My parcel never arrived and I cannot get a response. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Incorrect items delivered. Contacted customer service who completely misunderstood my query. I contacted them several times to explain that the wrong items were delivered. I included photographs of correct order and of incorrect items. Nothing was resolved and the returns window has now closed. Absolute scam!!!!!

started looking at a ring & that was reduced from £100 to £24.99 and thought i’d seen it somewhere before… sure enough same ring on Shein for less that £2!! Looked at other items and most of them available on Shein at a fraction of the cost. Don’t know how they get away with it. Dreadful. Beware! So many other bad reviews too.

I bought earrings for £24.99 when I took them out of the packet one earring snapped in the middle. I emailed the company and they said returning postage is my responsibility and if I want to keep them then they will give 10% discount of the next order. The product is of low quality and the return postage is probably quite high. What I am I going to do with one earring. Please don't buy of them wish I had read the reviews before

Wish I checked trustpilot before ordering. Delivery slow and wrong item received. Multiple emails so stuck with horrible earrings and wasted £25. Total crap service - non existent. AVOID

I can't select one star! Their website says it is British jewellery but it actually comes from Hong Kong. Their website says 'we are a community & customer focussed company'. They aren't! Don't touch them!
Coincidentally, a fraudulent transaction was stopped on my credit card the day after I ordered from Koala - I don't know that it was them but DO NOT TOUCH THEM! I have wasted my money.

The price is too much for the low quality product. Even they don’t give refunds. Worst company
