What ever you buy - you pay for the return - to Germany - cost prehibits returns.
Their customer service is clear - if your outside germany you pay.
Their wesbite is covered in English with SIMPLE RETURNS - yes its simple, it costs more than you get in return....
DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE GERMAN; RESIDING IN GERMANY
I thought it was less than honest for Customer Services to say that if I bought more, they would provide me with a voucher for the previous purchase. Why would I ever buy from them again ...

I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Knuffelwuff. Initially, I was satisfied with the product I purchased(bed for a dog), but within just one month, it deteriorated significantly. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, hoping for a resolution, I was met with unhelpful responses. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a suitable solution, I was simply offered a discount on a future purchase, which I found unacceptable. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me with no choice but to seek alternatives elsewhere.

We ordered 2 beds and were charged an import tax of £164! The website is '.co.uk' but the order is send from Germany.

Firstly - there is nothing co.uk about them. They are a German company with a website translated into English so you are buying from overseas and the item is sent from overseas. I sent two emails neither of which have been answered. Their website doesn't seem to understand the difference between a delivery address and an invoice (cardholder) address so it went to cardholder rather than a gift recipient. Given that the invoice address was my dog's name at a different address, i have no idea how the card payment went through! Also, they send you DHL tracking but it is actually Parcelforce who deliver here in the UK. Don't think I'd put myself through the hassle by ordering again although if you have no questions and don't wish to have a different delivery address they might be less of a disappointment to you.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL I ordered bed, paid by credit card, confirmation email received. I then waited for order which was never dispatched or received. I emailed them and was told “order never flowed to us” and “credit card expired” whatever that means.

Ordered a large dog bed which never arrived, tracking information incorrect. Customer service from this company is non existent. Now having to go back through my bank to try claim the money back. I would avoid this company

I too ordered a bed for my whippet and then read the reviews on here. However, I cannot fault the company, they kept me informed and the bed arrived very quickly. It’s gorgeous and my whippet loves it.

Do not purchase under any circumstance. I purchased a dog bed in October - lasted less than 3 months. My young golden retriever was able to unpick the stitching with his teeth and expose the millions of foam beads inside, not contained in any inner liner. Quite dangerous in my opinion. The company says that it will give you your money back if not satisfied with the product. Not true. AVOID!

I ordered an xxl for my German shepherd & then read the reviews & panicked! But I’ve got nothing but good things to say: it arrived quickly, well packaged & my girl loves it. It’s sturdy, great quality & looks super comfy. I’m not sure what’s happened with these other customers but I would definitely recommend!

Dog bed it’s nice but quality and customer service is terrible.

We purchased a xxxl bed around 10 months ago and already it has ripped and torn just from wear and tear. Not been chewed.

Spare covers cost almost as much as an entire new bed.

Contacted customer service to be told you only get a 6 month guarantee so not willing to help.

You would expect a dog bed to last more than 10 months!!!

I was just hoping for a new cover or at least some sort of discount based on the fact a dog bed costing over £100 only lasted such a short time. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Do not use these there are much better out there.

Don't BUY - good come from Germany and take aages and customer service are very rude.
