I placed an order but realized very quickly that I was double charged. I immediately informed the KNT, but how they proceeded proved KNT is not legit. I reached out to them immediately and they kept playing it off as if though I would need the additional products. I expressed I wanted a full refund as how they were handling their overcharges was a clear indication as of how they would handle any potential problems with the product. At that point they said that I needed to receive the products before they could refund.. this went on for over 2 weeks even though I immediately requested a refund within 30 seconds of the charge.. had they not charged me double, there is a potential that I wouldn't be writing this review. But how they handled the double charge and moving forward clearly indicated the company. Once I received the products, I didn't even open them and sent them pictures requesting the refund as they assured they "Guarantee Satisfaction". At that time they said I would need to be responsible for paying the shipping back to China as they were a small company and could not offer return shipping. I expressed that had you done the right thing the moment that you double charged me and issued a refund upon Request instead of proceeding shipping a product you wouldn't continue to get BAD REVIEWS !!! Emma, their CS rep, used very specific wording that was obviously cut copied and pasted from reputable companies who match their company policies.. this company does not!!!
I wish I could post the email correspondence. I will be filing PayPal complaint.

I am not sure this company wants to improve. It advertises a device that will filter out the slow-down mechanisms Samsung incorporate in the updates. What I have received is just a multi-charger. There is no address for the firm, no instruction, no evidence that the device does what it claims. In short, this is a con as far as I can tell from a difficult-to-trace Chinese source.

KNT Labs advertise a smart charger called ChargeX. They claim it interacts with your phone's software to improve battery life. The product received has no indication of 'ChargeX' nor is there any instructions or information. It is a normal USB charger, mains powered. They offer a 30 day return guarantee however they do not tell you that the return address is in China and they do not offer return postage. If you cancel the order immediately after placing it (I cancelled after 15 minutes) they will dispatch it anyway knowing the difficulties and expense it will be to return. It took several emails to obtain the return address. Despite canceling immediately, they sent the package well over 24 hours after they had received 2 cancellation requests. I did receive a refund after the return that I sent had been received, some 3 weeks after sending. If you use KNT Labs to purchase anything be aware that it will cost you the price of sending to China if you wish to return the item(s). In my case this was £9.47. See the quote received from them "Unfortunately, as per our refund policy, we can only refund the amount of the purchase. The shipping cost is not eligible for a refund and will need to be covered by the customer."
In short the ChargeX in my opinion was falsely advertised and KNT Labs' return policy is not made known.
