Grammar issues
I find it decent. The only problem is the grammatical errors I come across when reading passages. It puts me off.

A great source of knowledge for IT…
A great source of knowledge for IT students and IT Teachers new to the profession.
I have been using KIAN for around 3 years within my previous schools and their resources provide a really good basis for students to gain the foundations and stride within higher aspects. A particular note has been the Level 3 IT Unit 2 - Creating systems for Managing Data, which student have found incredibly useful to achieving essential knowledge for their exam.
I still currently use KIAN for all of my classes and wish the best of luck to the team.

Completely impractical
I use this in my class for revision. But you have to get 80% correct, which i think is completely impractical, half of the questions are completely unrelated to the subject.

I'm sorry that you've found the pass mark difficult to achieve, but it's set at a level to ensure high attainment for students. The goal is to help you to achieve the best you can in your exams. I hope once you've taken your exams and seen the benefits of KnowItAllNinja through your results, you'll see why this decision was made, and perhaps change your opinion.
Great so far ........improvements would make it even better!
My son enjoyed it and learnt from it but it isn't really enough to pass the exam. It would be great if you could add a bank of exam style questions rather than just MCQs which only make up a fraction of the marks in the exam. In addition, the videos are a bit fast so many students find it hard to keep up

Thank you for the feedback, it's always appreciated and I will keep it in mind for future. The difficulty with exam style questions is that they can't self mark, and would rely on students marking themselves. I am looking into providing a much larger bank of MCQs though for greater variety.
The videos should have settings to change the playback speed to suit, but I certainly will look into the possibility of recording them at a slightly slower speed.

Fantastic support for a number of different courses
There are 2 aspects to KnowItAll Ninja. Firstly the website is great. The students enjoy the mixture of notes with interactive puzzles and then the quiz at the end to test their overall understanding. There is also a short presentation and video for each part to support those students who might find the text content a little daunting.
The management of the classes and courses has changed a number of times since I began using it and on the whole is simple to use. It would be an improvement if on the tracking window you could see more and view that full screen. I export to Excel and look at it that way.
The second area is the support. I have contact them a number of times over the years and have always got a quick and helpful response. Sometime this was about the change in the purchasing, other times it was due to an error I had found or a query I had about the content on the site.
Highly recommended.

Must Have Resources!
From our first enquiry to KnowItAll Ninja the support, guidance & resources have been outstanding. We are into our third year of use! The "gamified" learning and revision environment is a fun and competitive way for our students to learn! The environment also allows teachers to monitor and support students in their progress. A must have for any department teaching Computer Science or IT.

Useful Resources
Ninja resources for teaching are great because they are informative and encourage students to engage with the tasks. Would like to see more Level 2 and Level 3 IT and Computer Science resources.
