Having purchased our latest motorhome from Knowepark.
We would like to thank the sales department and Steven in particular, for the, service provided.
And also the team in the repair department Grant, Alan and Donna who have gone so far above our expectations in recent weeks, that we will be highly recommending Knowepark to everyone who will listen thank you very much

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE CENTRE.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Alan and Grant at the Knowepark Service Centre. An unexpected situation arose with my Bailey Endeavour B62 Campervan and both men dealt with the problem in a courteous, understanding and professional manner. The steps they took, in the circumstances, was exemplary to say the least. This was without a doubt the best Customer Service that I have EVER experienced in my life. Thank you Alan and Grant.

What fantastic service from this Hymer dealer! We had a problem with our new Hymer MLT 570; we couldn't empty the wastewater tank. A technician arrived within 10 minutes, investigated the cause, and quickly located the problem. He then quickly resolved the issue, and we were on our way. This company is fantastic, and our sincere thanks for the fast service!

We had a bit of a problem with the pump on our campervan and went in for a bit of advice. The guy we spoke to was amazing. He came out to the van had a look for us and saw the problem immediately and had it sorted for us in minutes. Excellent service.

An asset to your company

When buying a new £65k motorhome we didn’t expect to find after 8 days and 44 miles being stuck on the M90 for 3 hours
Kinross service station for 3 hours
Then taken to Glenrothes garage as opposed to one near us
A 10 hour day in our broken down Adamo Bailey 60 4
This is now back in sale at Knowepark after having had its injectors replaced

They did give me my cash back quickly but their sales man we dealt with was unhelpful as soon as he had our cash and the whole thing was scary, a scunner and I would say avoidable!

We had our Motorhome out at Knowepark for its annual Habitation service this afternoon.
A big thanks to Russell,Ryan and the rest of the service team.
The guys are always very helpful and always up for a laugh.

We bought a Coachman pastiche caravan in October 2024 with a 3 month warranty. The caravan had no service record, although Knowpark said they would service it prior to collection. No paperwork for this was provided, nor a damp reading report. I'm annoyed with myself for not checking properly. We put the caravan straight into storage for the winter. I decided to get the caravan checked and serviced in April 2025, and the damp readings along the nearside mould seam were through the roof.
I really thought Knowpark were better than that.
The Caravan has been re sealed and all is well now, hopefully.
Buyer beware, when you buy from Knowpark check for damp yourself, don't rely on their readings, they can be very easily made up.

As complete novice’s to caravanning we visited Knowepark for a possible purchase of a second hand caravan, after browsing through the vast amount of stock on the forecourt we went into the main showroom where a friendly face was waiting to see to us. His name was Sean, after explaining what we were looking for he took his time and showed us a good few caravans in our budget we fell in love with our island bed caravan however not to be impulsive we left for the day and explored other dealerships within the area none of them had come close to Knowepark in terms of stock and especially our salesman Sean he was the most attentive and knowledgeable chap that we could have asked for in our first leap into caravanning, from initial sale, to the handover and even giving us a phone call to make sure we made it home safe on our first experience towing the caravan home, it shows through that he loves his job and is like no other salesman we have met before, We have now returned back to knowepark a good few times to buy accessories from the shop and also for tea & scones in their fantastic little coffee shop but most of all for a good laugh with Sean. Keep up the good work!!!

Last minute panic before going over to France with a fault with the caravan electric to the tow bar. Grant and the team at Knowepark squeezed us in & fixed the fault under warranty without a fuss. They checked everything was working before we left. Great company.

After searching all over the UK to find a replacement window for our motorhome, we finally managed to get one from Knowepark, at a very reasonable price, after Other companies were trying to rip us off. They went out of their way to have it fitted before we sailed off to Shetland this Sunday. A very big thanks for this. Definitely recommend Knowepark for good service. Ali and Elaine McLellan. I visited Knowepark last week looking for a new 2 berth motorhome and had the pleasure of dealing with Julie Nisbet. Her extremely useful information and attention to what I required was much appreciated. I have not bought my new motorhome yet but have previously bought from Knowepark and would not hesitate dealing with them in the future.

Visited this week to hopefully purchase a 2nd hand motor home. Unfortunately, our somewhat elderly salesman seemed disorganised, unsure and lacking in the basic knowledge of the vehicles he's trying to sell us. This didn't instill much confidence in us. I also felt rather intimidated, as he never gave us any thinking time on our own, and was always hanging around.
Maybe we got him on a bad day, or possibly he's new to the company. Due to our experience, we decided not to buy this time. However, top marks to the cafe for their wonderful scones, and lovely demeanor.

Being new to motorhomes, the personal service and extensive expertise helped us find our way through a daunting maze of designs, configurations and price points.
Without this we’d still be lost in the proverbial woods.

We recently bought our first caravan from Knowepark and the customer service we had was outstanding from the very beginning. Julie was very friendly, professional and patient with us as we went back and forward via phonecalls and emails with lots of questions. When we went to pick up our new caravan she helped us with a list of the essentials we would need, and made sure we understood all the paperwork. The staff in the accessories shop were just as friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Finally, we were given a thorough demonstration with Ian who also helped us hook up our car for the first time and gave us some tips on towing. Would highly recommend Knowepark, and we would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Just purchased our new coachman from knowepark what a lovely experience thanks to Julie for making the purchase so good and stress free.Been dealing with this company for 20+ years and would not consider buying from anyone else, the best dealership in the UK thanks also Thanks also to Rusty in service department for excellent service over many years. Received my new caravan today and the experience of purchasing this at Knowepark was great.There was no pressure put on us the day we attended and given plenty of time to make our decision on the right van for us. I must mention Julie who is a credit to Knowepark with her cheery approach and work in getting everything sorted out for us, without any stress.Also to Ian who carried the hand over.Excellent service from start to finish, thank you.

A big shout out to Julie who had us return recently to purchase a second caravan from her. She has a great manner and nothing is too much trouble for her. Great communication!!

We picked up our new Caravan on Friday with which we are highly delighted and wanted to thank all the Staff for their attention, handover and good wishes. Especially Julie Nisbet whom we have dealt with for several years. Her product knowledge and regular contact from order/collection was first class. We would also like to thank Alan Armitage and Russell (Rusty) from servicing for their help and assistance given on our previous caravans. Last but not least we highly recommend a visit to the coffee shop. Delicious soups,hot food and freshly baked scones at reasonable prices served by very pleasant ladies - what's not to like. We have just purchased a campervan from here. The service we received was excellent. From first meeting Julie, who sold us the CV20, her knowledge of the product and attention to detail was superb. Her honesty about each brand and model reassured us that we had chosen the correct model and size for our needs.
