Great service

Great service, they got in touch as an item had changed, asked if it was ok to send the new updated item, which they assured me was much improved. I said yes, my items arrived promptly & they were right the new replacement items are great Thank you

Consistently good

My second order was as prompt as the first, even though something was back ordered and there was a craft fair notice on the website. Definitely shopping here again!

Amazing service

Amazing service! I had a couple of ordering issues so I messaged on Facebook - the first time was on a Sunday evening so I didn't expect a reply until at least Monday, but I got an immediate response and problem solved. The second was on a Friday night when I knew the staff would be at Yarndale so again, didn't expect a response until Monday, but again got a reply straight away and problem solved the same evening! Won't be going anywhere else for my needles & accessories now! Fantastic company!

Just the best customer service

Just the best customer service, I needed a certain needle that had been discontinued. Knitting4fun searched around and found them for me. I am so very grateful for the kindness and dedication to fulfil my needs.
