Tilauksesta ei tullut sähköpostia, laitoin aspaan viestin suomeksi, vastasivat seuraavana päivänä englanniksi. Tuotteet olivat kuvauksen mukaiset. Homma toimi ja kaikki OK.

Käytin yli 100 euroa ensimmäiseen…

Käytin yli 100 euroa ensimmäiseen tilaukseeni, kahteen tilaamaani veistä. Kaksi veistä saapui, mutta valitettavasti vain toinen oli oikea. Toinen, tilaamani veitsen sijaan, on pieni kaulaveitsi. Tuhansien sähköpostien jälkeen ja sen jälkeen, kun minulle kerrottiin, että jos lähetän heille koodin toiseen veitseen, he vaihtavat tuotteen, he muuttivat tarinaansa ja sanoivat, että minun piti täyttää asiakirja jne., ja lopulta he sanoivat voivansa hyvittää rahat VASTA SEN JÄLKEEN, kun kuriiri on toimittanut heidän virheellisesti lähettämänsä veitsen!!! Huijarit, unohtikaa tämä sivusto. Niin paljon loistavaa mainontaa, mutta olematonta asiakaspalvelua ja heidän tekemiään virheitä, jotka asiakkaan on KORJATA!

Pahoittelemme vilpittömästi tilaustanne koskenutta virhettä. Väärän tuotteen toimittaminen ei vastaa tavoitteitamme, ja ymmärrämme täysin siitä aiheutuneen vaivan.

Haluamme selventää, että pyrimme ratkaisemaan tilanteen tavanomaisen reklamaatio- ja palautusprosessimme mukaisesti. Tällaisissa tapauksissa hyvitys tai korvaava tuote käsitellään vasta sen jälkeen, kun virheellisesti toimitettu tuote on palautettu meille, mikä on yleinen käytäntö reklamaatioiden asianmukaisessa käsittelyssä.

Pahoittelemme myös, jos viestintämme on vaikuttanut epäjohdonmukaiselta tai riittämättömältä, ja ymmärrämme, että se on voinut heikentää luottamusta. Tämä ei missään tapauksessa ole se kokemus, jonka haluamme asiakkaillemme tarjota.

Arvostaisimme silti mahdollisuutta ratkaista asia teidän tyytyväisyytenne mukaisesti. Ottakaa meihin rohkeasti uudelleen yhteyttä, jotta voimme käsitellä tapaustanne yksilöllisesti ja löytää parhaan mahdollisen ratkaisun.

Near perfection

Very good prices and selection of knives. Minus one star for not receiving any information of the progress of my order. Otherwise 5 stars, hands down.

A small nudge needed and everything's a-ok

I totally get that my order was placed during the Christmas holidays, aka the busiest time of the year when even Santa’s logistics are under pressure. That said, a bit more clarity in the order confirmation and a tracking code wouldn’t have hurt. Right now, it felt a bit like sending a message in a bottle and hoping it washes up on my doorstep. A bit stressful, especially when you've already payed and the company operates over seas.

Other than that, everything was smooth sailing. No complaints, just a small nudge toward even better customer experience!

Good service, bad logistics.

First product was delayed/forgotten or something like that, it didn't arrive to the carrier and did not get any updates, couple of weeks later after leaving a negative review, they contacted me and the product continued it's journey a day later and arrived shortly after. TLDR customer service is good, logistics need some work. Products are as described.

Overall good

The delivery took a long time, and I am not sure it is the delivery company's fault, but the prices were fair and the product quality high. The packaging was good and highly ecological.
