Excellent website
Excellent website, great communication at every step and my knife arrived when The Knife Guy said it would. I am thrilled with the product, but most of all, I am particularly impressed by the experience of making a purchase online with this company.

Excellent and professional service.
Excellent and professional service.
A mistake was made with a recent order, where the incorrect colour of a pocket knife was accidentally sent. I emailed The Knife Guy and received a positive reply within 20 mins. They arranged for a courier to pick up the wrong item that afternoon, and two days later the correct one was sent and received.
The quick response was very impressive.
Highly recommend The Knife Guy.
