I own a lot of excellent fixed blades by Bark River, LT Wright, Chris Reeve, Fiddleback Forge, Casstrom, Spartan, Microtech, RMJ, PKS, ESEE, and more, and this White River Ursus 45 has blown me away. I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with knifeart.com stood out.
I ordered a Benchmade pocket knife as a gift for my sister and was instead shipped a belt accessory within minutes of emailing their customer service department I was told they would be shipping me the correct product. And shortly after I received new shipping confirmation. I have now received the correct product and could not be more happy with how the handled/resolved my issue.

A superior selection of high end knives and tools . Products are displayed without fanfare or hype they simply have the best stuff and if you know blades this is your place.
Hard to obtain items are in stock and the service was easy professional and "one touch".
Like a fine blade they keep it simple elegant and most useful.

Let me first preface my comments by saying that KnifeArt.com was a very good shopping experience for me as a first time buyer from them. They emailed me when the item became available in stock and the shipping was very quick. The website is very easy to use and navigate.
Now about the knife.
I purchased a Chris Reeves large Sebenza 31 with S45VN blade steel. I have had the knife approximately 3 weeks now and I really love the knife with one exception, the blade opening is very stiff. I was reluctant at first to take the knife apart and lube, but I did take it apart and lube, just to ease my mind. The lubrication has made some improvement on the action, but minor.
This knife is a 2 handed opener. Occasionally I can manage to open with one hand, but with the thumb stud being small and tapered it is difficult. I am not sure how all the YouTubers out there got theirs to open lightning fast (heavy modification?) and also to be smooth as glass.maybe with the newer blade steel plus all the complaints about lock-rock they increased the lock bar strength to tighten the lock?
I am not sure…
Just to be clear to anyone reading this review, I am no kid, I am a grown man with probably 50+ folding knives in my collection from various manufacturers with all types of blade opening devices. This CR knife is by far the most difficult to open one handed. I am very pleased with the build quality, but I am very unimpressed with the 2 handed opening on a $450 dollar knife. They might as well have removed the thumb stud and put a nail nick/matchstick groove on the blade so that there would be no confusion on it being a 2-handed opener vs. being a single handed one.
I with keep trying to break in the knife some more, but this one may go up for sale later on.

Website has a wide selection of harder to find products choose from. Product came as expected, had a little issue on the USPS side of the order and a company representative went above and beyond to fix the problem in which their company didn't even create. Absolutely great customer service. They have won a customer with a great customer service experience.

Just received a KnifeArt Exclusive Carbon Fiber Inkosi Insingo. This is the second purchase I’ve made from them and won’t be the last. The knife came in a shipping bag with a separate box inside the bag and the knife box inside that box! Upon opening that box the knife box was carefully and perfectly wrapped in protective paper with a pretty little knifeart foil sticker holding it shut. ( Love all the personal touches) Inside the knife box were more, knifeart sticker and patch! The knife itself was perfect all the way down to the lanyard bead even having a little blue on it to match the blue thumb stud. Just the overall unboxing and presentation was amazing! Will purchase more from these guys!

Great website and I love the different style knives. The shipping was always free given the price point and I love it. To that one star review idiot. How about you move out of Thailand maybe then your shipping will be cheaper. I'd honestly pay 45 for shipping its worth it for the Chris Reeves knife that are extremally difficult to find.

Your service was excellent and for that I will say 5 stars. The only issue I have is with the item I purchase which I know doesn’t fall on you.
The “Expensive” tube of Chris Reeves grease I purchased at best was 1/4 full. I will never purchase one of his products again.
