KnifeArt is a fantastic company. I’ve bought a number of knives from them through the years and they’ve always delivered…no pun intended. They ship fast and customer service is first class. My most recent purchase was a Winkler Contingency…wow, what an amazing self-defense knife. I just slip the whole thing in my right front pocket and don’t even need the clip!

Knife Art gets 5 stars for the great and rapid service. I bought a Winkler Operator. It's not my first Winkler Knife. This one missed the mark in two ways: The wood grips have a flaw (3/8" x 5/16") that was patched prior to delivery. Only time will tell if the patch holds, but it's at the edge closest to the working end of the knife. The blade was razor sharp, but the grind was off center putting the tip about 1mm off center. The sheath is high quality, but I made my own because I don't like the belt clip or the deep carry with only 1.5" of the grip/handle sticking out.

Spartan Harsey folder s45vn , I ordered my knife with overnight delivery ( I hate waiting ) and sure enough it arrived the next day . That is what I like most about KnifeArt I get what I want when i want it . I have ordered a lot of knives through Knifert and they always deliver. The Spartan Harsey folder was much better than I expected , I have 3 Sebenzas and I have to say the Spartan action is much better. The Sebenzas can be a little difficult to open one handed but the Spartan action better after opening it 10 times the action now is very smoth and I can open it with a flick of my thumb . Very very satisfied

Just bought a knife from this company and decided I did not like it and paid $10 return postage to send it back to them. Then they charged me another $10 for shipping it to me. Check out a good customer service company like White Mountain Knife and Tool free shipping on returns! Also if you send them a product back not in mint condition they will charge you money and might charge restocking fees as well buyer beware

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and needed the shipper (Knife Art) to call FedEx and correct the address. I called in and spoke to Rodney directly. He was great!
