Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service, even after care. Am sorting out a large K’Nex collection for donation and was struggling to work out which pieces belonged to which set. Josh was immensely knowledgeable and helpful in turning a bag of assorted plastic into meaningful sets that will continue to be enjoyed!

Broken pieces
Ordered the parts required, however when I opened the envelope one of the pieces was broken inside.
I e mailed the company 5 days ago but no reply still as yet.
I have since had an e mail to send the broken parts again, so am not sure if my e mail went to the right place.
Am happy now with the reply and have changed my review score as they have been very helpful 🙂
