Always count on the crew to help me find what I'm looking for!

Although KMS usually has what I am looking for, their staff does not always know what they have in stock and based on my recent visit, does not know where the item is located in the store. I recently purchased a trim tool for melamine edging which took several of the sales staff some time to locate. I was happy to make the purchase, but disappointed in the staff. Friendly, helpful but not as knowledgeable as I would expect.

Staff is helpful and has the items that I needed in stock. Price is good also.

They do everything well. In person or online shopping. Accurate inventory, competitive prices, friendly helpful staff.

Great customer service seems to be a dying art, but the staff at kms tools are excellent. Someone ALWAYS asks if you need help, and they don’t just point you in a direction, they actually take you to the aisle and show you. Best service in Victoria!

Great selection of tools, better pricing than any of the big box hardware stores, and there is always a knowledgeable staff member around to answer questions or look up inventory. When there is a sale on tools, the actual price is often lower than what they advertise.

Here on Vancouver Island we are sol for many woodworking tools and supplies. KMS Tools has a good variety of quality tools at fair prices and also has a decent inventory on hand between here and the mainland. Staff are quite knowledgeable and helpful.

I love DIY and accumulating high-quality power tools. I'm also a petite, feminine gal - I definitely don't fit the visual DIY stereotype when walking into a hardware store! In other hardware stores, I've had some unfortunate experiences with staff who assumed I don't know what I'm doing and even expressed concerns about me being able to "handle" certain tools (seriously!) but this has never once happened in KMS! I have always been given top-notch service and advice and been treated respectfully and helpfully each time. I appreciate the distance that your service reps go to to help me get the best tools possible within my budget. So happy you guys convinced me to get sliding compound miter saw AND a rolling collapsible stand - I love being able to move it anywhere and set it up without needing help!

New employees need better training. They don't know where stuff is.
