Went to store looking for a certain product and the staff was very helpful if getting me the correct answer.
Even though they never had what I was looking for.

The staff is great but I had to return an item for warranty and to get a replacement has been a pain in the rear. It's been a month and a half and still nothing, and all because corporate wants to "streamline". Guys, if you don't want customers to return, just put a sign up.

KMS is my go to store. Whether I need something or not, I love combing the isles. Prices are competitive and customer service is always great.

Recently purchased a 13” planer and the salesman thought I didn’t know much about planers because I didn’t hear of a helicoil planer before. But he ensured me that the planer was made in Taiwan. Only when I got it back to the garage was when I noticed large Made In China on the box. So sorry my experience with this tool supplier had been ok up to that point. I may not know what a helicoil planer is or was but I would not bold face lie to a customer just in hopes of making a sale.

Employee told me to find the tool on the back wall, wasn’t there. Rushed to get employee as he’s leaving the area. Caught up with him and he’s expressing he’s inconvenienced. Returns with me to wall, no tool. He goes to the back and comes back with the “display” tool. I’m told its price is $248. When asked if there’s a discount for taking the handled display replies “no”. I ask for it to be re boxed with original papers and instructions, replies “we don’t have it”. I ask if there is someone to speak with about taking the display without instructions for a discount. The employee finds the person in charge on a Saturday that is even more inconvenienced by dealing with me. We come to a whopping $5 discount. The in charge employee comes to the front till with me to advise the cashier to allow a $5 discount. He leaves. The cashier advises me the tool is $268. I say pardon the person in charge and first contact employee both told me $248. Now cashier is inconvenienced and I ask for the in charge employee to come back. He comes back to find out “what now”, then leaves to go check the price and comes back the the tag and code with item number stating $248. Finally I pay and leave. Perhaps one of the most difficult time to leave money with a business and leave with a Milwaukee hedge trimmer known to man.

I came in to check out the wood working section you’re staff was very helpful and when they didn’t know something they got a fellow that had the experience that actually worked with the products and gave great hints how to use different tools that I was inquiring about. I will definitely be back and passing along my positive experience to others!!
