Best tool place for the stuff that matters
Best tool place for the stuff that really matters. I shop at all the 3-4 big tool places but go to KMS for the good stuff. Plus they extend the warranties on certain name brands and have more selection of those name brands. Prices are the best too.

We bought a King Canada 12000 watt…
We bought a King Canada 12000 watt Generator last Christmas and just had to use it for the last 32 hrs. It worked GREAT. Starts and runs like a top with more than enough power. I highly recommend KMS Tools and this awesome generator.

reasonable stock, not great pricing for what is offered.
Lots of staff to help, even if they are a bit condescending at times.
Usually have wholesale or commercial accounts with better products.

I have been a client with KMS from when…
I have been a client with KMS from when their initial store in Burnaby opened and have always had great service and KMS has very good product lines and competitive pricing.
I have also been a client with the car parts division for many years and find the staff very helpful and willing to help track down parts that they may not have in stock.

Great auto parts store
I did not use the tool section this visit, as I actually live on Vancouver island and usually shop at the nanaimo store for tools, but the coquitlam store has a great little auto parts store next to the tool store so when ever I am in Vancouver I usually stop there.

Quick turn around on repair
Good communication and quick turn around on the repair on my Makita compressor. Seems to be back to new, and cost much less to repair then replace
