Poor customer service and rude
They sell a lot of tools that are hard to find elsewhere but the people who work at this store are absolutely useless. They have no clue about the products they sell or where they would even be in their store. It may as well just have a self checkout and some pylons dressed as employees. I had my wife go in to grab some chain grips for me the day before and they put them aside for me saying to call in the morning to make sure they kept them for her/me, which she did. She went to pick them up and they sold two of the extentions she told them to hold, and then one of the employee's accused her for trying to steal things because she was there two days in a row. I will be extremely reluctant to ever shop there again and I will also be shutting down my account. Avoid this store if you can.

I have shopped at the Calgary store a couple times. Had to ask where some things were due to the size of the store and not having Ben there before. Staff were knowledgeable and were able to direct me easily. Great selection and prices

Thank you for the feedback and supporting our local business. We are sorry you found the in store inventory selection a problem and we appreciate the online sales orders. We have been working with our suppliers for KMS Tools order fill rates and have recently opened a new online sales warehouse to assist with available inventory. Customer service is important to KMS Tools, please feel free to contact myself anytime you are shopping in the store should you need additional assistance or give me a call.

Excellent team in the Calgary location.
Excellent team in the Calgary location.
The Calgary team is always available and ready to answer any questions I have, and they try their best to keep the shelves stocked and organized. If an item isn't available, they will bring it in, or ship to my office without hesitation. Thank you!
