I was able to find equipment that isn't as readily available as I would hope through local suppliers. Ordering online was easy and delivery exceeded expectations!

Really great selection of all sorts of tools. Extremely knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help with any questions and part orders. Very clean and organized store, my go-to for any tools I need in a pinch.

I found KMS while looking for a new torque wrench. Ordering and check out was easy and follow emails were sent for confirmation of order and shipping. The torque wrench was well packaged. KMS had the best price even with being on the opposite side of the country from me.

A great experience and great price on the item I was looking for. Their website has in-stock items, processing and shipping was very quick with delivery much faster than expected. A great experience overall. This in distinction to another Canadian online vendor where they informed me 2 weeks after ordering that the item was on backorder. Another 3 weeks for the refund. I'm so happy I found KMS and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I've made numerous orders over the last few years, and I must say, I am very happy with my experience. I have had the odd hiccup, not receiving something that was supposed to come, etc., but customer service has always helped me out. My #1 suggestion? Open a store in Manitoba!! But it may just be better for my wallet this way!!

I'm a woodworker living in a rural community it is very important to have a reliable place to order from. I have come to trust that anything I order will arrive in a timely manner and the prices are vary affordable.

My first experience with their warranty was not great with Gear Wrench socket that cracked.The second experience was horrible to say the least I bought a flashlight which cost over $100. and it quit working in 3 months.Even though it has a 2 year warranty after going there twice and no call back.I don’t know I want to do anymore business here.I have spent thousands of dollars here only to be treated very poorly.I am extremely disappointed

a lady who carves wooden bowls at your abbotsord location was a god send for introducing me to the Arbortech ball gouger to help hollow the half burrow bowl i was carving by hammer and chisel i don't no her name but thank you so much for showing me this tool i had the burrow bowl carved out in 10 minutes thank you so much Debbie

Easy to deal with had an excellent price on what I wanted. Lower price than the exact same product at the bigger retailers. Made a call to the online inquiry line and had a quick answer for my question.

KMS has been VERY good pricewise - often the best price in canada for me and I live deep in the boonies (eg Closest McDonalds is 738km away, Canadian tire 571kms away) , and good vendors that care about their remote customers' experience are actually quite rare, I deeply appreciate that. KMS is quickly becoming a goto tool provider for me and my little guitar shop!!! Orders have been dealt with quickly and effectively and all purchases ending in 100% satisfaction. Customer service was all over any issues I had right away and were very nice and helpful.

Received my metal shear MMS4 one week before the EDA.

Quick delivery and excellent customer service!

Absolute terrible experience dealing with their customer service. Ordered multiple items including power tools and batteries. Only one set of tools and battery was sent. KMS had no idea they forgot to send the other. I contacted them and was given the run around and highly questioned as to why I didn't receive the other items. Eventually the warehouse manager stepped in and admitted he didn't realize I had ordered multiple and he forgot to send them. So he sent the replacement tool, but I discovered upon receiving it that he forgot to send the battery. So now I have been communicating with customer service again and they are making me out to be the one that has missed something. They have no record of what they have or have not sent out. They question my integrity and demand proof that it has not been delivered, despite having no proof that it ever was delivered. They have continually made empty promises that they will fix things and get back to me. It has been close to a month and I have not received my entire order. These are items I paid for close to a month ago.

The online ordering was great. I had some questions so I called in to online ordering and the lady I spoke to was very helpful in all the questions I had and went above and beyond to help me get some invoices for items I had purchased online in the last few years. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took about 3-4 days before my order was actually shipped, but it appears that it has now been shipped.
