Ordered klyr Concealing Cream+ light. It didn’t work for me. Klyr advertises a “full refund policy” but after a week of emails, they only offer discounts. I said repeatedly: I don’t use it, I want my money back. Poor service—avoid.

Works very well. I don’t utilize it often (not daily) but it works well. The formula seems very good. 😁

I have used various products from cheaper lines all the way to Tom Ford. I find the Daycream+ to be so silky smooth and hydrates the skin easily, while also creating the perfect canvas for the concealing cream+. I work in healthcare and can confirm that these products last a full 10 hours each day. I have even purchased more of the product for my husband.

Great product. Love the way it goes on smoothly and blends in. Doesn’t look I’m wearing it.

5/2/26 - Final Review!

Quick update... been using the Light tint concealer and must say this is some good stuff. Not sure how they have managed to get the tint as they did, but it does a superb job of even hiding age spots. Blends perfectly and no need to use much at all.. literally just a dot of this stuff is enough. (Probably need to get some of those sponges rather than just using my finger, but still works.) Did find that it's best to ensure it's blended and dried full before using sunscreen, else the concealer will tend to smudge away. Only other comment is that I can't really tell, but assume, the bottle indeed is full when shipped; doesn't look that way when you open it the first time. Anyway, this is a solid product.

Thought I'd share an update re: recent contacts with Kylr after their initial reply to my prior review. I want to thank Joan for having reached out and acknowledging that my prior customer service experience was far less than acceptable and that things should have been handled much differently when I received my initial shipment that was damaged. The company sent me a replacement order which arrived today intact and properly sealed, and I'll add some additional comments now that I'll have the chance to try the concealer and see how it works. Thank you, Joan, for helping to set things right. I appreciate that.
(I've updated the star rating at this time given the integrity of the response I have recently received, and Joan gets *5* stars for excellent customer service.)

If I could give a zero star I would. Total scam operation. Product I ordered back in January arrived unsealed, half-used (likely a demo or something) and absolutely no response from customer service (other than their b.s. auto response claiming someone would be in touch within 24-hours.) I faithfully tried to get assistance and they couldn't give a damn. Finally ended up initiating a dispute and later a claim via PayPal. The company also insisted I return, at my expense, the damaged product to the Netherlands which I did, following their instructions for how to label the package, and in the end it has remained essentially frozen in customs on their side; they never once bothered to claim the return so I could have more easily received my refund. PayPal finally took care of things for me. Do NOT waste your time with this company. Total fraud.

Second time i orderd this product. Before it was Alpha skin booster for men. This product has changed my life !! I never could live without it anymore!! So please keep up the good work for ever !! Iam so happy now ;)

I really love this product,it’s makes me look so much younger with a wonderful looking face that hides my imperfections.you only need a little pea size and dab it on the sponge that is recommended because it really helps blend it in very well. No one will never know that you have it on because it looks so natural with your skin tone, I have fair skin so I go with the lighter shade.Thank you Klyr for making me look so much better at the young age of 55.

I did the skin test which indicated a darker shade, and decided to take up the BOGO opportunity. I didn’t like the darker shade and got sent the lighter shade which I still didn’t like.Joan was fantastic in helping me with my complaint. One of the bottles, I pumped and pumped and nothing came out, so I tried the other bottle, it made my skin look yellow, so both got thrown in the garbage. Sorry, but I will never buy another bottle again. I don’t even want the money back.Totally dissatisfied.

The ordering experience was easy and I love the BOGO deal I received. My only caution is it takes >2 weeks to get the product so folks need to plan accordingly. I believe the product may come from out of the US. As a consumer, I would've like to know that upfront so I could plan. Joan in Customer Service was amazing. She worked with me to figure out where my shipment was and when it arrived a day late (needed to take on a trip 3/2) I was offered the opportunity to request a refund. She was very helpful with the process and in the end the product arrived so I didn't need the refund after all. Will use the product when I return from my trip.

The cream is fantastic and works beautifully. However, the amount in the bottle is extremely modest. After two uses there isn’t enough in the bottle to pump out.

Klyr definitely delivers on its promises. It is easy to apply, blends very nicely, feels light, covers smoothly and effectively, and evens out my skin tone. It even seems to de-emphasize wrinkles a bit.

My partner sees a noticeable improvement, and so do I!

The product that I ordered and received were/are exactly as presented on Klurs website and videos. I purchased the tanning drops and concealer in the light color. It matches perfectly with my skin tone and was easy to apply. I recommend using a sponge for even application coverage. The only criticism I have is that the pumper on the concealer doesn't work at all. Not a big deal. Just unscrew the top. I am currently waiting on the moisturizing day cream. I will definitely be a customer in the future. Also customer service has been quick and responsive. Very polite, professional and at the same time friendly. So I have to say thank you to Joan in particular.

Quick delivery! Product applies easily and evens out my skin tone so that my skin looks blemish free without looking like it’s covered by make- up!

I wanted this to be successful. My first order was darker than I needed, and so I returned it and a lighter shade was sent relatively promptly. In both cases the product was too thick to come out of the pump--I had to insert an unbent paper clip and stir it up before it would pump. Those who say a little amount is all you need are right. The smallest dab on a sponge is how to start. But try and try, I just couldn't apply it without being able to see that I had on makeup. As much as I would like to cover a few sun spots and dark circles, it just didn't look natural enough to me. The lightest skin tone still had more color than I do. Men whose skin tone matches the product should be successful; I was not. A future offering might be a sampler of dabs of each shade to try, as online men's cologne are doing now (Mistral, for example). This could give a potential buyer a more successful match and save the company hassles with returns for customers who aren't satisfied.

Well, In applying this to your face, indeed, only a very tiny amount is needed to cover. Too much and it looks unnatural. Blending it in is key, as instructed. The sponge applicator is a good idea, but it would be better if it was included with the package. Overall, Id say give it a try if you never used a concealer before.

Requested a refund, no response......If i don't hear anything soon, I will contact attorney general's office ...and go from there..They really should response to emails to avoid wasting my time and yours....

The concealing cream looks natural and blends well with my skin tone. Noticed very quick/natural results with the tan drops as well.
