I purchased the All-in-one bundle and couldn’t be more pleased. Finally quality products for men to improve skin, with subtle concealer and tan drops. Each product plays an important role in providing a look that is fresh and rested. In learning optimal use of each product I reached out to customer service. Joan provided prompt responses to my questions and was very helpful with her advice and suggestions. I have strongly recommended Kylr products to my friends and family. This is truly a 5 star company.

I have not received product yet! I was told it was held up at customs. Unfortunately I cannot give the product or the company a positive review at this time. Maybe a cash back discount? But all I have been told is sorry for the delay!

I do like the moisturizer cream
I do like the moisturizer cream. The makeup concealer is OK but I'm still working with it. First used to much. I find just a very small amount does work but it has to be uniform otherwise, if you look closely, it is viable.

You’re actually spot on: with the concealing cream, a little usually goes a long way, and finding the right amount/application can take a bit of trial and error at first. Glad to hear the moisturizer has been working well for you though. 👍
A lot of customers find that applying a very small amount and blending gradually gives the most natural finish, especially once the skin is fully moisturized first.

only four shades so didnt work for me, have repeatedly asked for a refund and no response from “Joan”.
if i dont get a reasponse i will be filing a complaint with our Consumer Protection agency.

Sorry about the pump issue; that’s certainly frustrating. Let's try a few steps to resolve the issue.
The pump may not work at first due to the product inside being stuck on the sides of the bottle from transit; please try lightly tapping the bottle to help the product move down. If that doesn’t work, you can place the bottle halfway in warm water (don’t fully submerge it), then let it sit upright for a day or two so everything settles at the bottom. Then try the pump again—this usually fixes it.
If it’s still not working, just send over your details or reply with your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Half full with broken pump
I purchased their buy one get one special. The shade was too dark. They would only replace one and sent me a half full bottle with a broken pump. However klyr has now made it right and corrected the problem. I am very much satisfied with this resolution & their service. Despite the little bump in the road they we quick to solve the issues & handled it very professionally,

Just to clarify, on the bottle, it can sometimes look half full because of how the product sits inside. Each bottle is filled with 15ml, but it can stick to the sides. If that happens, you can place the bottle halfway in warm water (don’t fully submerge it), then let it sit upright for a day or two so everything settles at the bottom.
As for the pump, this is normally resolved by once the products settle at the bottom; you can also try to lightly tap the bottle to help the product move down.

KLYR vs SCAM
I ordered mine on 4/9 and have not yet received so I sent a message to the support team and they replied immediately to let me know it was on the way. That same day, I received it in the mail. I emailed them back to let them know I received it and, once again, they replied immediately. For a minute, I thought I was scammed but it was the complete opposite. Thank you Klyr for a great product and great customer service.

When they say it blends in well, it really does.
When they say it blends in well, it really does. It covers everything from red spots to dry skin to acne and more. And you can't tell that it's there, which really makes me more self-confident.
I bought two to take advantage of the sale and to have enough for a while. I took one star off because both pumps don't work, so I have to use a Q-tip to get it out. It still works great on my face, though.
