Exceptional Product, Exceptional Customer Service
As a Korean American, every time I visited South Korea, I spent a good amount of money trying to find the right concealer, BB cream, CC cream, or color lotion. None of them worked 100% for me in terms of providing good coverage while making my skin look smoother, healthier, and naturally glowing without making it obvious that I was wearing what some people would call “make up.”
As a man, that always made me feel uncomfortable because it felt like it was degrading my manhood.
However, Klyr was different. With just a very small amount of product, I was able to even out my skin tone and give my skin a healthy, natural glow. Most importantly, no one could tell I was wearing anything.
I initially ordered a shade that was much too dark by mistake, but their customer service went above and beyond to help me. They made my shopping experience better than any I’ve ever had with an online retailer.
I don’t usually write product reviews, but I genuinely hope a company like Klyr continues to grow and succeed. They’ve created an outstanding product and set a new standard for customer service.

I had a really great experience with Klyr’s customer service. Joan was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I originally ordered the wrong shade, and she quickly helped me get the correct one sent out. The replacement ended up being a perfect match.
I also had a question about the Buy One, Get One Free promotion from my original order, and Joan took care of it without any hassle. The whole process was easy, and I always felt like she genuinely wanted to help.
Because of the excellent customer service Joan provided, I ended up placing a second order. It’s not often that customer service makes such a positive impression, but Joan definitely did. Thank you for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable!

Absolutely love the Concealing Cream! It blends in really well, looks natural, and does a great job covering blemishes and uneven spots without feeling heavy on the skin. Nice array of products
Nice array of products. Very good quality so far. Concealer is just a tad off of my skin tone but nothing too hideous. I can definitely use as a bronzer type thing. I like it and will see how it works for me today

Great customer service
I’m a bit mixed on Klyr products. I ordered on March 6 (dispatched two days later) and received the concealer and Day Cream several weeks afterwards. I think their day cream is wonderful, but the concealer left somewhat to be desired. It matched my skin tone but easily rubs off on my shirt collar and even with light and even coverage, I felt like I was wearing makeup. Five stars for the day cream, two stars for the concealer. If I could return the concealer outside the 30-day window, I would.
EDIT: Klyr reached out to me and did a partial refund for the concealing cream. Prompt customer service, so I'm upgrading the review up a star.

Product was no where what I expected
Product was no where what I expected. Bottle was nearly empty 4 Attempted outreaches (within 5 day period) to support at Klyr have gone unanswered. Poor communication. I want to return this product and obtain full refund. Please answer your emails!

Ghosted on a return—had to file a credit card dispute
UPDATE (July 15): The saga continues. A month after forcing this company to refund a return via a bank dispute, I discovered a hidden subscription on my account and was hit with a new renewal charge.
When attempting to cancel on a mobile device, the "Edit Subscription" button acts as a broken loop, redirecting to a marketing sign-up page. However, upon switching to a desktop computer, the link finally functioned and allowed me to manually cancel the future subscription.
That said, the website provides absolutely no option to cancel the pending order or halt the current unauthorized shipment. I have reached out via support emails and their direct web form to demand a cancellation before it ships, but have again been ghosted.
I notice in other recent 1-star reviews that management loves to blame their "spam folder" for ignoring people. It shouldn't take switching devices, hunting down technical workarounds, or threatening bank chargebacks just to stop a company from taking your money. I am calling my bank tomorrow to dispute this current charge.
UPDATE: The Customer Experience Lead reached out immediately after this review went live and manually processed the refund. While I appreciate the prompt resolution once escalated, it shouldn't require a bank dispute and a public 1-star review to get a company to process a physically delivered return.
Original Review:
Buyer beware! I ordered the Concealing Cream+ product and it was not for me. I reached out to the support team (the same support at klyrmen.com address that is referenced in every one of their review replies) to initiate a return under the money-back guarantee. While support initially responded to me, trying to convince me to keep the product at a discount, they ultimately gave me an address to ship back the product for refund. I did this, shipping the product back at my own expense, with confirmed delivery by USPS on June 11th.
Weeks have gone by. No refund. No acknowledgment of receipt. Several emails to Support have gone completely ignored. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I am writing this review in hopes that a future customer will avoid having the experience I did. This company's responsiveness, customer service, integrity, and adherence to its own guarantees are exceptionally poor.
The other reviews on this site describing similar experiences with support absolutely match my experience. Do business with them at your own risk. You have been warned.

After speaking with customer service they refunded my order. I really wished the product worked but feel my skin just was not correct for this product. The reason I took the chance was because they guaranteed it and although it did not work for me I am sure others will enjoy the product.

I've been really impressed
I've been really impressed with the Klyr concealer. I use it on my rosacea-prone nose, and it lasts all day without fading, even on oily skin. A tiny amount goes a long way, and once I blend it with a makeup sponge, it looks so natural you can hardly tell I'm wearing it.
The matte finish is excellent—it helps minimise the look of my larger pores and gives a much more natural finish. I'd definitely recommend it. Delivery time was reasonable but could be faster in Australia
