Klusbedrijf DB uit Helmond heeft bij ons ook aan het dak gewerkt i.v.m. een lekkage. Al na een half uur werk werd ons medegedeeld dat het dak slecht was en dat reparatie vele malen duurder werd als eerst was afgesproken. Het dak is er niet mooier op geworden en we hebben totaal geen inzicht gekregen van wat Klusbedrij DB nou eigenlijk aan materiaal gekocht heeft. Daar zou ik letterlijk niks mee te maken hebben. Na afronding en betaling nog afspraken gemaakt voor het bijwerken van het stucwerk wat vervangen dient te worden door de lekkage. Klusbedrijf DB geeft niet thuis en na het lezen van de nodige reviews moet ik concluderen dat me hetzelfde is overkomen als de andere schrijvers. Klusbedrijf DB komt zijn afspraken niet na en ik ervaar dit bedrijf als zeer onbetrouwbaar. En raad dit bedrijf bij iedereen af, geen klussen laten doen. Het enige waar ze goed in zijn is om bedelen voor geld ook al is de klus niet af. Dit bedrijf links laten liggen en zoek een bedrijf wat in de branche als bekend en goed staat

Klusbedrijfdb laat voorkomen dat één persoon alle negatieve reviews heeft gepost. Al deze negatieve reviews zijn door dit bedrijf gerapporteerd. Ik heb mijn account geverifieerd bij Trustpilot. Ik speel dus ook geen verstoppertje. Mijn reviews over dit bedrijf waren ook gerapporteerd als dat deze schadelijke of illegale inhoud bevatten. Ik heb daarop een e-mail aan trustpilot gestuurd met bewijsstukken dat mijn rechtsbijstand met de zaak is bezig geweest en dus mijn negatieve reviews op waarheid berusten. Mijn reviews zijn dan ook nu weer zichtbaar. De score van 9.5 sterren op hun eigen website vind ik dubieus en vraag me af dit geen gekochte reviews zijn. Mijn mening die ik mag hebben.

Laat dit malafide bedrijf links liggen. Zoek een bonafide bedrijf. Het heeft ons veel geld gekost, trap er niet in.

All what this company will do is block your review and report you. Do not trust this company. I have email evidence with them trying to settle the dispute but its just another lie from them. All it is, is broken promises that they will return the money.

Helaas zijn we vreselijk misleid door dit bedrijf. Van een kleine reparatie aan ons dak zijn we steeds verder in de problemen geraakt. Van verrotte panlatten tot gebroken pannen en isolatie kapot zijn we akkoord gegaan met een volledige renovatie van ons dak. De sloop ging inderdaad snel maar bleek uiteindelijk allemaal niet nodig geweest. Alleen de bovenste panlat vertoonde wat rotting. De pannen hadden verse breuken. De isolatie had eenvoudig hersteld kunnen worden. We stonden met de rug tegen de muur. We proberen nog de aanzienlijke aanbetaling terug te krijgen. Maat dat is tot nu toe nog niet gebeurd. Wees gewaarschuwd!

Hired based on €907 quote to repair shower wall leak. In initial inspection they said they would also "check for internal damage behind the tiles." We approved this believing in good faith that this was covered within original quoted price. They then proceeded to remove a significant portion of tiles plaster citing hidden damage. Then they presented a new quote for €9000+ for wall rebuild pressuring us to decide on spot by claiming wall unstable and dangerous. A second professional opinion confirmed wall was stable and that scale of demolition was unnecessary, excessive. They issued €2955 invoice solely for demolition work (5 square meters). This invoice charged hourly rates that, in our opinion based on research of local market standards, far exceeded reasonable benchmarks. It also critically failed to credit our €450 advance payment. Our attempts to resolve the dispute were met with aggressive payment demands. We feel profoundly misled by the lack of upfront cost transparency. Based on this experience we cannot recommend them.

We recently appointed appointed this company to fix a leak in our bathroom. Long story short, I posted it on “Werkspot” The company came out to do the work. They told me it was 50EUR hour and that it should take not more than 3 hours to break open the wall and replace the pipe.

They arrived after 14:00 started breaking the wall found the issue and around 15:00 they said they needed to leave to get some materials. They only arrived well after 17:00 blamed it on the traffic. They only left that evening well after 10pm. They showed that the water was back on and that the tap isn’t leaking. They asked me to pay the bill and when I got it I almost had a heart attack. 2500EUR later. I told them that it’s impossible. Because 50EUR per hour 7 hours gives you 350EUR. I saw there was a charge of 800 EUR more for materials which is fair and I don’t mind paying however they explained that it was 50EUR per person, per hour and after 6 it doubled to 100EUR per person per hour.

They demanded I pay the full amount before they leave which I said no I am not paying the full the amount because

1. It was not discussed that after 6 there is a double rate

2. It was not discussed that the hourly fee would be per person.

We came to the agreement that I will pay the standard fee that we discussed and the material charge.

When they left, I went to have a shower and the pressure was extremely low. Went to investigate and the tap wasn’t opened properly for the main water supply. Turned it on fully and then water came squirting out where they supposedly fixed. When looking it was not soldered properly (see picture) I let them know and they came back 2 days later to do it properly. They are supposed to come back to plaster the wall up again as promised by them but I am struggling to get them back in. I have tried calling, messaging. Not only is the wall not plastered which I originally paid for but there is missing part on my tap. I have all the messages between them and myself so I do have some sort of proof.

Ze zullen u voor kleine klussen proberen op te lichten. Voor een oppervlakte van misschien 6 vierkante meter kreeg ik een offerte van meer dan 2 duizend euro. Verspil geen tijd aan hun.
