I've been receiving my payments through Kleos for about a month now, so I'm still fairly new to the platform. So far, the setup process was straightforward and the interface is easy to navigate. My first payout came through without any issues, which was a good first impression.

It's still early days for me, so I can't speak to long-term reliability or how the platform handles more complex situations yet — but based on this first month, things have gone smoothly.

The customer support has also been helpful whenever I’ve had questions. There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, and some features could be easier to find, but overall I’m satisfied with the experience and would recommend giving Kleos a try if you’re looking for a solution to streamline legal practice management.

If something happens with your wire, you will be waiting for hours to get a reply from the Customer Service. On average, something like 9 hours. Also, do not expect any form of help apart from "We do not know where is your money, let's hope for the best". Awful

I recently switched to Kleos. It's night and day - easy onboarding, you can register as an individual or as a private entrepreneur, and there's no need to contact support.
Lots of withdrawal methods (USDT, SWIFT), and you can withdraw funds in different currencies like USD, EUR, etc. I use SWIFT and EUR for withdrawals, and the funds arrive in my business account within 1-2 days.

My experience with Kleos has been excellent. Payments arrive quickly, usually within 3-4 hours of being transferred to a bank card. Each transfer is accompanied by a legal entity, which is extremely convenient if you're self-employed. Even on weekends, the platform is quite stable, and payments arrive no later than 5 hours after clicking the withdraw button.
