In-store staff extremely helpful.

Had looked everywhere for a wedding guest outfit and found it at your shop so was so relieved, Had lots of nice comments about it as the colours are stunning and delivery was quick.

It was easy to order on line. Delivery was as advised. I had to return as needed a different size, and was able to return to the local Store for a refund. Refund was processed very quickly.

Can’t believe how quickly my order was delivered. I’m happy with my purchase

Disappointed with staff experience. Had to return faulty cardigan after many emails to head office and warehouse. Hayley was helpful there but buttons on cardigan are too big for buttonholes hence causing damage when opening them. Loved the item hence didn’t want refund.

I was disappointed that the dress wasn't available instore. However the sales assistant suggested trying online. By doing this I found exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be more pleased. The only query I did have was that I thought the lining was reversed, even though you don't see it. All that said I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Thanks

Visited the store in Livingston this week with my mum. She was looking for an outfit for a wedding. The manager Linda was very welcoming and provided a first class service giving mum some ideas of suitable outfits. Mum bought the first outfit suggested (dress, jacket & fascinator). She was over the moon with the service provided and favourable outcome. Thanks so much to Linda for making the experience a very positive one.

My friend that has serious disability ordered 2 dresses online for a celebration
1 dress was perfect but the other(same size) was too tight
My friend then took ill (has a shunt in brain) and once able to travel( shop is 7 miles from her home) as she doesint drive now and has to take the bus
The woman in the shop said it was 2 days after last return date but 5hat she would honour the return due to their machine used for returns being broken ,so I went to ask her daughter (who was in the shop 2 doors up) which day would be most suitable for her to bring her mum up
Once back into Klass the woman became quite rude and denied actually saying what she did about honouring the return
My friend left the store with a dress that’s no good to her and quite upset with the scenario
I personally feel the woman in shop lied through her teeth and actually made out we lied about what she said.
Never again will we use the store ( which we have done often) and the main reason for using online on this occasion was due to illness and her being unable to travel

I tried the top on when I was at Livingston Designer Outlet last Thursday but I needed a size XL and they didn’t have the colour and size I required so I ordered it online and it arrived yesterday.I was very pleased with my top and the excellent service delivered by Klass.A very satisfied customer.

Sorry I had to return the coat as it was not suitable and I did not like the material but I love lots of other things you have.

The staff in the store were lovely, the clothes are of very good quality and the sizes are very good too.
