Klass - Klondyke Garden Ceentre Recensioni 

Went into the Klondyke garden centre one at Falkirk today with a friend. OMG no wonder they were quiet. The two staff were sitting on a chair and a stool from the changing room having a good chat between themself. Not once in the 20 mins that I was in the store did any of them get up from the seats to speak to any customers. It was not busy just us, one lady in the changing room with her husband looking for other sizes and another lady looking. Total disgrace that they were too busy with each other to concentrate on any customer. We were also in Pavers and that was a totally different story. Spoken to straight away and helped with sizes. Maybe Klass need to send staff on customer service training because I never seen any today.

I've purchased a few things from a Klass outlet and been pleased with the choice of garments. The prices suit my budget too. I've shopped once online and was pleased at how fast delivery was. Will shop again.

I have recently started using a power chair due to mobility issues so have been experiencing many obstacles so it was refreshing to visit klass within the klondyke garden centre near Falkirk.

The manager offered assistance but the store was laid out so that I could reach all items without having to work my way around displays.

Items displayed higher up were still reachable and the flooring was suitable for my new wheels.

As well as a great selection of clothing!!

I’d love to see other stores layouts become similar for those of us who need mobility aids or peoplewithpushchaies

Looked in shop first and the girls couldn't be more helpful had to order on line shortage of size

The lady assistants were very helpful and friendly and did not give any pressure to purchase anything.

Only discovered KLASS at the summer. I have ordered a few items recently and have been so pleased with them. Great styles and quality. Easy to order online and items are despatched quickly. Kept up to date regularly with delivery date. I have purchased items from the shop in Polmont and the two sales assistants were so helpful. 10 stars for a great service and I will definitely order from KLASS again.

Popped in for lunch with my wife, very busy so everything took some time. However we appreciated that.
I ordered the brunch baguette and when it came the contents of bacon, sausage were cold, in fact just out of the chiller I expect. Sent it back and received a replacement, again the contents were cold, though the baguette was a little warmer. Sent it back again and was offered a replacement to which I chose chips. Surely they would not arrive cold, thankfully no. Special mention to our server Olivia who was professional throughout. Clearly the kitchen cannot deal with high volumes.

Just went in to browse and came out with 2 dresses! Very helpful staff, told me sorted me out with a VIP card.

Sizes were all off and ehilst at shop the assistant at the till was so rude i was embarrassed,i had my grandaughter with me whos 12 and her comment was can we leave as assistant was cheeky

Ordering is so easy on the Klass website and they have a great selection of quality fashion wear and excellent prices. Quick delivery and easy returns.

I tried the dress on in Tillicoultry, but lining was hanging down. Was told I could return no problem, if I ordered online. I went to shop in klondke in Falkirk to see if their one sat better. But before I went I had noticed online you were offering 15% discount. I asked in store if they said could do same price, but they said they could not do same discount in store. So I ordered it on line. But unfortunately the lining still did not sit right on this one either. So went klondyke store in falkirk and asked to swap over the dress. But because I had paid with PayPal this was not available. But I have worked in shop for many years in management, as it was only an exact swap I believe it could have been done very easily.
So instead of ordering more dresses till I got one that sat good I purchased the one in the shop at full price. I now had a till receipt for the other dress which I returned to Tillicoultry.
This could have saved a lot of hassle on both parts if the discount was honoured in store. Or the exchange done in store. I could have easily kept ordering dresses till I got one that sat good.
