AVOID!!

AVOID!!! SCAM WEBSITE
This is not a 'family run NZ online store' as they say on the contact us page. I ordered two items at high prices and received them extremely damaged to the point they can't be used.

Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website. It's a drop shipping platform operating out of China. Products are cheap, temu like quality, and this is not a nz family owned business as claimed. If you want to return or cancel they will make you pay the full shipping back to china or offer a 30 or 50% discount to keep the item. They also have hundreds of positive reviews for each product in their website which has only been live for a few months. Seems like a lot of the reviews on trust pilot are fake also.

This company is registered in Hong Kong, it is not a NZ run family business as it markets itself. Our story also reads like AI and doesnt feel NZish. So many reviews talking about how easy a website is to navigate and to pay on but very little about actual products seems concerning to me, id be very wary

Product purchase

I've just ordered the products, so my feedback is regarding ease of site use, payment process and communication.
Your site is easy to navigate, product descriptions are clear. The payment process was not complicated, easy to follow and quick. Great communication, no delay between completing my order and email confirmation. Thank you !!
