I have played and withdrew from this platform. Withdrawal takes less than 24 hours.
Only problem faced is account suddenly becomes self excluded.

This site is the most unprofessional, most unhelpful and rudest i have ever come across, I played by the rules and was always polite when speaking to a real person, I was with kiwi treasure and there sister site for over a year, then all of a sudden without warning and due to management decision I was told to leave and any other accounts If I tried to open would be instantly closed, they refused to give me any explanation to what it was I did wrong, they were rude, blunt and just mean! I didn't do anything wrong, I was a verified guest and then all of a sudden I wasn't, any communication was blaintly ignored and if I did get to speak to someone they made it obvious they just didn't want to know. They would sharply tell me that I was no longer welcome, why do they think it's ok to just kick you out cos they feel like it, I would fully understand if I had broken rules or been disrespectful, but I had done not of these things, im not that kind of person, im at a loss to be honest and I'm really mad that I have been treated like this for no reason other than "ITS MANAGEMENTS DECISION!" 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
