Great service

I contacted Kith regarding a limited edition release. The CA was superb ensuring I had the information I needed even though I had said I would have to wait for general release. I was contacted back and told not to give up and I’d be notified and I was. Cannot fault the enthusiasm and would say it was above and beyond.

Entered 2 drawings

Entered 2 drawings, put in my credit card info when it stated that I would pay $0.00 plus shipping cost if I won. I won both and they charged me $360.00 for them. Why would they list $0.00 plus shipping? Customer service writes a long response saying no refunds and you should’ve seen the deferred cost listing.

Bad app user experience cost me £200

The Kith app states that it personalises your experience to your country, but all of the sizes are still US?
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shoe as a gift. I needed a size UK 8 and instead accidentally ordered a US 8 due to the user experience of the app.
The shoes are still in stock on the website and I’ve reached out to customer services to try and exchange the shoes for the correct size and they haven’t been able to help.
Kith are a premium brand and you’d think that they’d want to provide a premium service to their customers, but they can barely bother to reply to emails promptly.

I won’t be purchasing again

Unacceptable and careless Customer Service

Ordered a pair of the new Clarks 8th Street Ladder on the Kith EU App. Checked the FAQ's and it's stated that "All our products are listed in US sizing, unless otherwise indicated specifically on the product page". On the Kith EU app (where I place all my orders, also where you have Kith loyalty etc) it doesn't state anything specifically so I went with US sizing. Ordered a 9.5 thinking I'd be getting a UK 8.5 (US-UK conversion) but received a UK 9.5.
Reached out on the customer service platform using the Kith app and my request was handled by Jennifer who apologised for the inconvenience and asked for some pictures, which I sent over promptly. 24 hours later someone else called Sam reached out and advised if I check the UK Kith website, the sizing is listed as UK. This is correct, but I ordered using the Kith EU app and the same does not apply here but the FAQ's on the website and app are aligned.
I've been advised by Sam, that I need to return the item at my own cost and that this is my own fault. I'm still waiting for a reply to my follow up 2 days ago which is really poor customer service and it's leaving me very anxious over something which could be solved by accepting Kith need to align the FAQ's and product descriptions on app vs website and simply send me a free returns slip, and refund me.
The lack of ownership on this experience has really left me not wanting to order from Kith again. I look forward to new products from Kith and spend a lot of money with them.
Hoping this platform is monitored, and you'll do the right thing and simply send me a returns slip to return the product.

wrong iten sent, again…

second time that i order something on their website and they send me the wrong article. and by the time i receive the shipping, the item i wanted is already dold out… communication between customer service and warehouse seems complicated. no solution or any compensation is offered. took 4 weeks to receive the refund.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I picked a package for my son and it came with the box openned and one of the items was missing! Extremely unresponsive customer care when he claim!!!! Don't buy from them!!! Feels like a scam

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Went in Honolulu and gave our 18 year old daughter our card and they wouldn’t let her buy one item even with permission and a phone call. So I had to take an extra hour out of the day to buy the one item that she wanted bc they were rude and would not allow her to get anything.

SCANDALOUS COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER

I made an order on the 22nd of November and it finally came on the 12th of December (AFTER my brothers birthday and this was his birthday present).

As a result of this below par service, I had to rush out to buy him another present.

Upon speaking to a customer representative I was able to return this product (which was 540 EUR). They assured me I could return this product, but forgot to mention that they would not refund me, they would give me a GIFT CARD?!

Honestly, a vile company. Shambolic service (in terms of the products, the customer service, and virtually every other aspect of the company).

For orders placed on eu.kith.com, our return policy states that refunds are issued to a gift card if the return is initiated after 14 days of receiving your package. Worst Online Customer Service Period

This place has the worst online customer service reps I've ever dealt with. I returned a pair of shoes that were damaged and received a gift card on January 10th of 2025. When I try to go and use it, to no surprise it does not work. I try and contact their support which is a task of its own after waiting a day they finally respond asking for my email, which is crazy because I provided in my messages detailing my problem. After that all the person said was there's no gift card registered to that email. First I am a loyalty member. I provided pictures of the gift card they sent through the email, I have all the proof of the return, yet these people are still not helping me. What's even more frustrating is that you can message them multiple times and they might message you back or not. Or you could wait a day or two for a one word reply, which won't even help you out. As of now I'm out the money I originally spent on the shoes I purchased from Kith. I'm so pissed. At Kith, even more at their horrible online customer service if this is all a company this reputable can do when it comes to customer service that's just sad..
UPDATE: 1/30/2025
KITH contacted me and said that the gift card i was issued was not valid and that the funds used for my purchase would be sent back to the card on file. As of today I have not received my funds but I will update my review when it comes through.

worst online shopping…

This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I tried to place an order for four times, and all four times, the order was canceled without any explanations. Even when I followed the customer service instructions and used different payment methods, it didn’t work. It was a complete waste of time.
