Still waiting for my order to be…
Still waiting for my order to be shipped, the customer service provided email is not working.
They advertise shipping will be placen in 3 businnes days, after 2 weeks no shipping has been placed.
They should send an status update every week, just as a courtesy.
Poor service, probaby my order will never get shipped.

These scammers have to be shamed. Ordered September 18. Told me order has been shipped with tracking number non functional. Do not trust these people!

I ordered from kiteleaf.com and the order was never shipped. I tried to contact the seller via the email provided and the email is not in service and bounces back with an error. Do not buy anything from this store, it's a scam.

J'ai commandé il y a deux semaines
J'ai commandé il y a deux semaines, j'ai reçu par mail le numero de commande... mais aucun suivi comme promis par le site... je me suis dis déja la, ça pue... j'ai éssayé d'envoyer un mail pour avoir des explications... mais le mail ne s'envoie pas car finalement l'adresse mail de contact donné par le site ne doit surement pas exister....voila... je m'assois sur 60€... RAS LE BOL DE CES ARNAQUEURS !
Petit retour apres plusieurs semaines d'attentes...
Nous sommes le 16/10/25 et toujours aucune nouvelle.... Ne commandez surtout pas chez eux

Beware
Ordered a custom item for a birthday present. Received a shipment confirmation in a few days. It's been several weeks, I never received the item. The tracking number in the shipment email isn't valid. I went to the company website and emailed the support email address listed, but my email came back undelivered.
