We had a new kitchen fitted and there were a couple of small nicks. Although they’re difficult for others to see, they would have driven me potty.
I bought this, and it’s a really good colour match. I’m pleased with the purchase.

Not a true colour match
Not quite what I was hoping for. I double-checked the cabinet range, colour and finish before ordering, but once applied the touch-up was a different shade and remained visible after drying. It doesn’t blend into the surrounding panel, so the repair still catches the eye.
I tried using a very small amount and feathering the edges, thinking it might settle as it cured, but the colour difference is still noticeable, particularly in natural light. Because of that I ended up going to a local paint shop and having a custom mix made, which matched straight away.
The reason this isn’t a 1-star review is that the paint itself is good quality, the pen is easy to control for small chips, and the delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the colour match just wasn’t there for my kitchen.
Update: After leaving my original review, the company reached out, apologised, and issued a full refund without me asking and without requiring a return. That level of customer service was genuinely appreciated and makes a big difference. While the colour wasn’t a match for my particular cabinet, they handled the situation extremely well, which is why I’m updating my rating.

I’m genuinely sorry the colour wasn’t right for your kitchen. We mix using the official manufacturer references, but there can sometimes be variations between production batches, door age, factory changes, or how the colour appears in natural light. That said, the most important thing is that it blends properly for you — and in this case it clearly didn’t.
I’m pleased to hear you found the paint quality good and the pen easy to control, but ultimately the colour match is what matters most.
I’ve now issued you a full refund. There’s no need to return the pen.

Perfect for what we needed
We had our apartment painted in "Jasmine White", but since then there were a few marks left on the wall, because of chairs banging against it and some shoddy blue paintwork by some builders.
We googled where we could buy Delux Jasmine White paint in very small quantities. Kitchen Touch Up Paint did exactly that: their 20ml "touch up kit" was exactly what we needed, and even if 20ml sounds like a very small amount, we still have some left over...
Think of it like a small bottle of Tipex that we used back in the days of type-writers... and then including a needle and a few swaps in addition to the small brush. Perfect for what we needed.

Excellent colour match and finish. Produced a faultless repair to a chipped panel. Although not cheap, it's considerably less than the cost of a new panel. Prompt delivery. Highly recommended.

Paint touch up pens
I ordered a touch up pen to cover small chips in my Howdens kichen. The previous residents of my house installed the kitchen and left no record so I didn’t know what colour to order and had to just order and try as there are no testers. Thankfully the colour is good enough. The product is excellent and they provide a range of application methods- I liked the nail varnish type brush. Service and delivery prompt so overall I’m very pleased. Thank you.

Didn’t match colour despite being b&q…
Didn’t match colour despite being b&q cashmere. Contacted seller who provided replacement, this was slightly better / closer to actual colour but still significantly different.
Went to local paint shop who mixed a massive paint pot for the same price as one pen. This mixed colour is a perfect match.
I let kitchen touch up know the second one they sent also didn’t match, I.e wasn’t fit for purpose & that local paint store had managed. Yet no refund offered.
Go to your local paint store would be my advice

“Cashmere” at B&Q spans multiple ranges, years and finishes (matt/satin/gloss), and the same colour can vary slightly, even in the same range.
That’s on us to manage better.
We did send a second mix, but as it still wasn’t right, I’ve now processed a full refund for you.
If you need anything in the future, we can custom-mix from a small off-cut of your door or plinth (we’ll cover the postage label) and replicate the correct sheen—this usually solves the “name but not the same” issue.
