Hi Amice, I am really sorry you have had this experience. I have checked our emails and we have received no email from you since your order. I have checked on your order via Royal Mail and as expected it is still showing as waiting for delivery. As you have indicated in your review, Royal Mail are experiencing significant delays at the moment due to ongoing industrial action and I can only apologise. We are a small family business operating from 10am to 4.30pm and we make every effort to answer our customers calls. I am sorry that we have missed your call. We are certainly not a scam company.
