Just got my blanket. I love it. It’s beautiful. I’m very happy with the delivery.

Most of this rating is based on the time it took to get the product. The tracking was misleading. It was actually delivered 2 weeks after the tracking says it was delivered. The product is actually cute, I hope the quality is good. I wont know until my daughter has a chance to throw her backpack around.

This would be the worst company I’ve ever come across for misleading information on their website. They have an offer of free postage for orders over $59 - the site shows everything in AUD so why would you assume the postage offer was in USD. This is their reason why I didn’t get free postage.

I sent this to my grandson. He is in another state so I did not get to see his reaction but his mom says he was so so excited about it!! He loves all the pockets and his mom says it is well made. I should have gotten the lunch box also and I think I will order it. This has been such a wonderful gift

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a personalised sun hat for my grandaughter, the pic on the ad was so cute. But when it came the lettering of her name wasn’t all the same size. The Hall was ok but when it came to the letters ‘e and y they were noticeably smaller and looked stupid. There is also a little flower on the hat, which if it had been attached higher then the lettering could have been all the same. I have spent a lot of time on emails to them, first 2 were ignored then I said I’d get a chargeback through my bank, I got an answer of they’d give me 25% back and I could keep the hat or gift it on !!!!!! Another email back saying no thank you, then another offer of 30% refund came with the same story of keep hat and gift it. Another email saying no thank you, another email saying 50% refund, I said no thank you and as asked enclosed a photo again and the QR code from the bag. Jeez, another one came back stating that the upper and lower case letters can’t be the same size, omg do they not read emails properly, as that wasn’t what I was asking, plus they said with shipping cost, labour, etc that’s all they can refund. Well I paid for delivery and I said they probably pay their workers a pittance. I only wish I’d checked trust pilot before I ordered this item. Anyway I’ve asked for full refund again or I’ll go to my bank and see if I can get a charge back. I wish I could post a picture of the hat on here.

My personalized cookie cutters never arrived. They sent an email that said they were at the post office and undeliverable because my address was not correct. they are not at the post office. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ripoff ! No tracking no way to call no product. Total rip off do not order from this company. I’m going to ask abc do an investigation about this company. Same on after pay !

Ordered in Oct & was not notified that my order was waiting for me! When I was passing I did call in to be advised this has been returned. The communication is terrible, lack of customer service & no care at all through the email correspondence. Now waiting for them to receive this back in order to have a refund. I don’t hold out much hope in receiving this. Will never ever use again. So disappointed with this company. It’s a shame cause the product did look cute.

Terrible. Item is cheap, and terrible material. I asked for a refund they offered 10% refund which is nothing. I said I will send back for full refund. They said it would cost a lot of money to send item back. So I have to accept 10%. Disgusting, will never buy from here again. Wish I had read reviews first 😡

Disgusting company. Bought my grandaughter a Xmas dresses from these and its nothing like described. Contacted them over several emails with absolutely no luck of them paying for return. Clothing is cheap and nasty, shoddy work and all screwed up in bag, very cheap for the money I paid for this crappy item. Do not buy from them at all . Be warned, reported to trading standards uk.

Do NOT order first it takes forever to get product. Ordering from Etsy or even temu is faster which is what I will be doing. The “sale” they have isn’t really one. And the material is cheaply made and words are not legible if taking normal picture with item. Completely waste of time and money. I purchased personalized announcement frame and unset and disappointed can’t be enough to explain on how I feel about something this important and exciting .
