Very customer oriented. Demonstrated attention to detail. Tour guide very personal and knowledgeable of areas. Tour well planned and executed.

From the time we landed in Anchorage until the time of our departure on August 8 we received 5 star service.
When I do a vacation to a new location I like to do my homework. After researching the route of our tour we hit at least 4 of the 5 things that I wanted to experience on this trip. All of our stops were handled personably by everyone at our points of interest to our meal stops.

John Hall Alaska provided a well organized First Class experience which enabled us to visit six of Alaska’s National Parks. Wildlife! Scenery! I feel I can say I’ve been to Alaska. From Kenai Fjords to north of tbe Arctic Circle! A unique trip!

John Hall's team had every detail planned out ahead of time and ready for our group Alaskan adventure tour. The experience was absolutely phenomenal! I will treasure the memories (and photos) forever.

If you are looking for "the" Alaskan experience then look no further then John Hall. What an amazing tour we had from start to finish. Everything was just wonderful from the accommodations, bus, trains, boats and food. Our tour manager was the best of the best! The hospitality in Alaska is the best we've ever had! Of course Alaska and it's frontier is a must see for everyone!

John Hall's Alaska was the best travel experience! The entire staff left nothing to chance. Berkleigh met us at the airport a day early, checked us into Hotel Captain Cook and it just got better from there! We never had to wait to check into a hotel, meals were delicious, plentiful and arranged so we did not have to wait. Even the motor coach was comfortable with a bathroom, snacks, drinks a plenty. Jeremy was the best tour guide, filled with lots of knowledge and showed true concern for us on the trip!

We loved what we saw about John Hall's Alaska online and decided to book with them - and wow, what a fabulous experience we had with them during our Alaskan National Parks Tour. From the moment we landed in Anchorage, they were on top of everything and went beyond for us and our group to ensure we had a memorable experience. From our hard-working tour guide Jeremy to Elizabeth handling luggage on our final day, there was nothing they couldn't do for all of us. The tours themselves were first class and the food and beverages were nonstop and wonderful. We simply felt special!! Highly recommend John Hall's Alaska to anyone and everyone!!

It truly was a wonderful adventure. From the initial introduction to John Hall's Alaska to the planning and booking stages and throughout the National Parks Tour, everything about this trip was excellent! Since Alaska is so large and the majority of the national parks located in AK are not accessible by car, we had been puzzling about how we would be able to visit all of the national parks in AK. John Hall's Alaska took care of all of that and more including providing guidance for our visits to the 2 national parks not included in John Hall's Alaska National Parks Tour. Our tour manager, Pat G., did an outstanding job of getting us where we needed to be and providing insights along the way.

The entire visit to Valdez and Denali National Park really stood out as being amazing and for us so informational and fun. The tour bus ride was fun and the bus driver filled in with information and answered questions that we all had. It was so fun!!!
The train ride from Fairbanks to Denali was a once in a lifetime bucket list item. We were treated so well by who ever we met and I am so glad we went with John Hall's Alaska trip.

This was a great adventure and one we could not have planned and executed by ourselves. John Hall's Alaska took care of all the logistics, and it truly was all-inclusive. Pat, our tour guide, was outstanding--we were well-informed, well fed, and well cared for. Before this tour, we never thought we'd want to revisit Alaska---After touring with John Hall, we are really considering returning on another tour. Highly recommend as the way to visit national parks in Alaska.

I've never experienced anything like it! The itinerary was amazing 😍. All we had to do was be where we needed to be at the time they asked us to be there. All our food was taken care of and they chose our eating venues very well. We saw things I never once imagined I would see. What an amazing family business!

Excellent service. They attempted to meet my dietary restrictions with all the providers. Everything was well planned out and scheduled. The tour guide took care of any group and individual needs as they arose. The tour was fantastic!

We have a wonderful land tour with John Hall. Our driver Michael was so knowledgeable and took care of everything from answering questions to making sure we had everything we needed. We covered a lot of ground and saw some amazing scenery. The bus time did get long each day but Alaska is BIG so in order to see everything we did it was necessary. Food was always delicious and I liked that we ate as a group on occasion but also off by ourselves. Accommodation were also top notch and comfortable.

The entire John Hall team went out of their way to provide extremely good service. And extra service we didn't expect. Our tour manager, Pat G., was informative, entertaining, funny and kept us on schedule (even though it was sometimes like herding cats to the coach). We enjoyed meeting and getting to know the other people in our group. Everything ran smoothly, the restaurants and hotels/cabins were well prepared for our arrival. John Hall did a wonderful job with all the arrangements for our trip. We are looking forward to another chance to travel with them.
