Kismet London Recensioni

I am extremely happy with my men's backpack from Kismet London.
The leather looks and feels top quality. It definitely is durable enough to be used as a day to day bag and build quality is excellent.
My favourite aspect is the design, which although subtle, is very catchy.
Everything about the product is premium, delivery was prompt and it came packaged very securely.
Highly recommended!

Fantastic bag with luxurious packaging

I was in need of an upgrade on my work / laptop bag and then came along Kismet and their classy, stylish bag that immediately caught my eye. Absolutely love it and couldn’t have asked for a better upgrade. Not to mention the time and effort that goes into packaging the bag up. Can’t thank Kismet enough and looking forward to buying from them again!

After ordering my duffel and belt bag, I was eager to see each product in person. Upon arrival and opening, it was clear to see that Kismet had put a lot of thought and care into the product. The packaging of the products demonstrated this before even unpacking both bags. I didn’t expect to receive dust bags, which was another great touch to keep the bags clean and looked after while at home. Finally, the quality of both bags are excellent and I can’t wait to use both of them for my next trip away!

Great customer service exactly what you would want from an online brand. My bag was great quality and had so many compliments wearing it. Can’t wait to make my 2nd purchase and what new designs the brand comes out with.

Very classy and luxury feel to the brand. The leather feels very high quality and the sleek design of my card holder is fit for any occasion whether it be a formal business meeting or casual dinner. The packaging looks and feels like a luxury brand. Delivery was excellent with quick arrival.

Great products and high quality. Very pleased with my purchase.

It's not often that I'd leave a review and give feedback on a luxury brand (or any brand for that matter). This however was the best customer experience I've recieved in a long while. The additional care that was given on my order of the duffel bag was exceptional, and it adds to my own style in a way that many of the bigger known brands don't. The delivery times was perfectly on schedule and met the bespoke service that was promissed. 5/5

Great customer service, prompt delivery and very informative purchase process. I could easily track my delivery after purchase. Very good service and great quality product, thank you!
