Do not order from this company.
The 3 pack of dresses I received were the worst product I’ve ever received. Not only was the material awful, the sizing was inconsistent. It’s cheap and terribly made. They will not offer you any kind of refund so don’t waste your money.

I would leave 0 stars if I could!
The website isn’t correct on material it says it’s 95% cotton when you receive it, it’s is 95% polyester!!
Customer service is atrocious!!! Asher is unreasonable and unfair!
I NEVER would ah e bought anything from them since I do NOT wear polyester and I search far and wide for cotton!!
They won’t make this right, so I am leaving my honest reviews where I can to help the next women!

Complete waste of money. The dress I received looks nothing like the website photos and is made of horribly cheap material. When I asked for a return, customer service completely refused to refund me. Terrible products and even worse business ethics.

If I could rate a 0, I would. The order took weeks to arrive and was oddly sized. The web page for returns was down so I emailed the company for a return. I provided the order number and a photo. The company said they would not provide a refund despite my dissatisfaction with the product and willingness to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered three dresses from KISCHT for approximately €80 based on the photos and descriptions on their website.

Unfortunately, the dresses I received were very different from what was advertised. The colours did not match the website, the fabric was much thinner and of noticeably lower quality, and the overall finish, including the neckline and straps, was much simpler than shown in the product photos.

I contacted customer service immediately after receiving my order and requested to return the items for a full refund. Instead of providing a reasonable solution, they repeatedly offered partial refunds (15%, then 25%, and finally 30%) if I kept the items. The only option for a full refund was to return the dresses to China at my own expense, which would be costly and inconvenient.

I have now opened a PayPal dispute because we were unable to reach a fair resolution.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The products I received did not match the quality or appearance presented on the website, and resolving the issue has been unnecessarily difficult.

If i could give 0 stars I would! SCAM! Roselle dress is not as advertised- cheap material, thin straps, inner layer is visible, colors not as pictured. Return policy is CRAP. It’s coming from China and they’d rather offer you a measly 15% refund and have you keep the items. No way to get even close to a full refund unless you ship items back yourself but shipping alone would cost way more than the items. Even they don’t want their crappy clothes back! DO NOT BUY!

The Roselle dress is honestly just disappointing. The fabric is thin and offers no support. When I requested a return, I was required to send photos of the dresses before I was the offered a 15% partial refund in lieu of paying "expensive international shipping charges." I am also unable to leave a review of the product on their website. Buyer beware!

SCAM! These dresses were advertised as 95% cotton and came in the colors black, olive green and beige. Shipping took forever and when I tracked my order I realized they were coming from China, that was my first red flag. Once I did get my order the colors were not at all what they showed, they were lime green instead of olive and peach instead of beige. They were also 95% polyester, they are completely see-through and cheap. Not to mention the cut of the dress was also wrong. When I tried to return them they told me they could only offer a 15% refund. Even though according to their website it states they will accept returns as long as they are in their original packaging and unworn, which they were and I even provided pictures for them to see. I am now out $80. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The depictions and descriptions of these dresses on the website are completely inaccurate and any positive reviews are either bots or affiliates of kistch who are making commission. Nothing about the photos or descriptions of these dresses are even remotely accurate to what will actually arrive if you purchase. Worse, this company refuses to offer full refunds and offers “refund reviews” following return of the items…to China, that the customer will have to pay the cost of; being out even more money due to this deceptive brand. It’s nothing more than a bait-and-switch, money-grabbing scheme that is so extreme that I have filed a complaint with econsumer.gov and recommend others do the same.

I dont know how there are good reviews on here. This site is a huge scam. I spent 80.00 on two dresses hat were supposed to be this nice cotton. They are gross polyester, cut horribly, cheaply sewn, not flattering at all and so short (and im 5'5!). I contacted the company and their resolution is i can send it back to China for 150.00 or they will refund me 12.00!!!! 12.00 are you kidding me. And even though I paid through PayPal because they are still willing to refund me fully (regardless of it not being a realistic option) their hands are tied. This is so devastating to be out 80.00 right now.
