Ordered UPL Saaf Fungicide 10kg (Order #KS133390-1, ₹6,510). Received only 5kg (AWB 30477410457472). A representative called to confirm the shortage and promised a refund for the undelivered 5kg. No refund received. Follow-ups unanswered. Reading other reviews here, the pattern is consistent: customers report taking payment, partial or non-delivery, verbal refund promises, and then silence. In at least one case another reviewer reports being asked to delete their review before a refund would be issued. I am now pursuing recourse through my bank, the National Consumer Helpline, and considering a police complaint given what appears to be a systemic pattern rather than an isolated failure. Buyers should be cautious.

Taken money for my order but not dispatched it, no update, no response, No Refund, nothing!! FRAUDULENT company!
No response on any customer care number or WhatsApp no.

Follow up to first review:

Today morning you called me promising to refund money asking me to delete my reviews. But you insisted that I delete the review first. Then I understood you were frauds. You have not sent any refund till now. CHEATS AND FRAUD!!
I hope you are caught one day and put in jail.
