Kirby & Haslam along with all the other linked businesses are putting in false R&D claims, taking the commisson then when HMRC ask questions are no where to be seen! ive heard today that they have now also ceased trading! Theyve had over 25K out of me!!!!
Avoid any companys that are linked, Morgan Woods, Green Jellyfish, AD R&D, Purple Panda, Toucan Blue, Aston Berry, Aston Shaw and the others!!
Just don’t do it, this company is directly linked to fraud with their sister company green jelly fish.
Unfortunately my company is now caught up in this and I could loose everything.
If you do a simple google search you will see they were raided by HMRC and now a class action suit against their sister company green jelly fish. Anyone caught up in this should get in touch and be a part of this to get these crooks bought to justice. Scum bags. Steve Christophi you are scum bag
This company has helped to take 100k from a care company putting 18 young adults at risk of losing their homes.
It is apparently company policy to not tell you who the director is so you can't make a complaint, they ignore emails and telephone calls. AVOID!
Sotiris Christophi is the company director , he refuses to take calls or acknowledge his company part in fraudulently taking money from care companies
