The socks are just as described on the website - surprisingly comfortable, and they arrived in less than a week.

Really great socks wore them on first long run no blisters my feet were great I wish I found these ages ago but well worth it

The socks arrived weeks later,wrapped in cheap packaging with Chinese writing,no letters,invoices or notes,just straight from the far east. I doubt they're merino wool either,but cannot prove this. You can get similar ones on Amazon for a fraction of the price. I suspect they're drop-shipped from a cheap far-eastern site,it certainly looks like it. Not worth anywhere near £16 a pair.

Delivery, which was from China, was extremely slow. Delivery updates via the link were also slow, with the three pairs of Kintoe socks appearing to be stuck in Transit on Mainland China for weeks. The people in Customer service were quick to respond to my questions and chasing up, but even so, I would not order from this company again. The quality of the socks is ok, but there are better brands especially within the price range.

Amazing product!
I’ve always suffered from blisters while running and hiking. I’ve been using the running toe socks for a while now and have had 0 blisters! Small is perfect on my feet but a bit tight on my ankle.
I’ve now bought the long hiking toe socks for my next long hike and they seem to be as good!

This company are just ignoring all my requests for information on my refund. They received my order back on 21st January but still refuse to help. Don’t be conned by there advertising. They are not trustworthy in any way shape or form. Be warned

First I do love my socks. They are wonderful and I found them very comfortable. I found the delivery confusing and a little lengthy. But I put this down to the external companies used. Hope to purchase more in the future.

My son is an avid hiker, trekker and summits peaks. I purchased the socks for him as a gift. He is in the process of trying them to see if they work for him. He was anti-toe socks but I bought them for him to try. Jury is still out.

Ordered 15th January. Say 3 to 5 working days. No way to track on website. Used the Shop App and that gives some kind of Chinese tracking number that doesn't work. There's an order number on that but Jenny can't trace it. Someone else says I can't cancel cos allegedly it's on a slowboat from China. Shocking service. Feels like a scam!!

Quick turnaround on delivery from the time I ordered. Very well packaged. As for the socks, they're bloody fantastic, sooo comfortable and soft. I'm wearing them all the time 🤣
