Great product and even better customer service
Product shipped quickly and when one of my sheets arrived damaged, their customer service made it right equally as quickly and addressed the larger shipping issue with their distribution partner. Product itself is quality. The tattoos are easy and fast to apply and hold up well, even in high friction areas 😜

Hi Sara,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
Just to clarify, all website orders are handled by Amazon through a direct integration with our store. It appears that your order was actually cancelled by Amazon (not by us), though no reason was provided. When this happens, an automated email is sent to notify you of the cancellation.
We’ve already reached out to Amazon to investigate what happened but haven’t yet received a response. In the meantime, we’ll contact you directly via email to see how we can help resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Apologies again for the inconvenience - we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
Kink Ink Team
