This company sold a key that had been used before.
They tried everything to prolong my problem, In the hope that i would forget about it. I have given the one star because it would not let me give a minus.

I made a purchase and was told to do verification, after completing the verification, the refunded my order without no reasonable reason,I mailed them they insisted they refunded but I didn't recieve any refunds I sent them proof and the stopped replying to my mails,do you people want to steal my Money? TICKET NUMBER ((301700)

I want to buy a gift card. They force me to buy their stupid points instead of buying the gift card. No problem, my money are taken from my card straight away. I want to buy the gift card and they put me on hold for verification. IF I STOLE MY CARD HOW IS THIS PROTECTING THE OWNER IF THE MONEY ARE IN THE KINGUIN BALANCE.

Bought something. Got something wrong for the first time but never got my money back.

Pre-ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected, 3 months ago.
Received an email one month prior to release saying eveyone who pre-ordered should be entitled to play the beta. Guess what, i never received mine! Send a ticket, got a reply stating they where sorry (coming from Kinguin) because they f*cked up, and shortly after removed their false advertisement altogether.
At release day, i received another email saying "again" We're sorry to inform you but the supplier has problems securing the required keys and so on...
What the actual "F####K"?! They did it again and i gets worse, their way of offering compensation is by giving you 3 choices. 1st. Do nothing and wait for it as any idiot would do. 2nd. Accept 2 gift cards including a 3$ compensation in order for you to use at the Blizzard Store (which during unmentioned price changes doesn't hold squat) of course..
And 3rd. Request your money back with a 5% compensation... (heck, i still lose more money from doing any transaction with them than what is being offered) so no, that will not do!!!
This is going to be the last time i'll be purchasing anything from either G2Play and Kinguin because they're one and the same, vile scammers!!!
This goes out to everyone to be careful when making deals with them, because eventually they'll just send you right into the woods and leave you hanging...

Ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected, a month before release, on day of release they told me they had "Run out of keys" then told me that they would refund and give me enough to buy Battlenet gift cards, and they haven't covered that, like they said they would.

Disgusting company, don't preorder through them, don't use this company, take over a day to reply, avoid this company

1 you buy a game key

2 you activate the key and see that it is duplicated

3 you report the problem to Kinguin

4 they ask you to send them a screenshot of where in steam where you see the message that the key is duplicated

5 After sending the screenshot... Please contact Steam support asking for the time and date of activation of this key and inform us with a screenshot of this conversation.

6 Steam says that if you have obtained the key outside of Steam, you will have to contact the seller, that the support team will not be able to provide you with a replacement key.

The worst thing about this is that Kinguin knows in advance that you will find yourself in a dead end.

Bought a windows 10 key and it was already used. Now waiting for customer service to hopefully help. Had hoped this was a more economical option versus retail.

First time i try with pinguin because the game i wanted was not on Instant Gaming , so my payment was "processing" all the night and the day after it was canceled. So yeah.. never again with pinguin.. Instant gaming is the number 1

My first experience in purchasing software was not the best. I accidentally purchased the wrong program and ultimately I was able to obtain a refund; however, customer service could be greatly improved if this company had a toll free phone number with live contact. Online chatting/texting is very impersonal, inefficient and time consuming.

J'ai payer une commande a 100 dollars pour une cartes pour le site gamdom.com et une de 25. Je n'ai obtenu a l'heure actuelle aucune des deux 5h après leurs achats. Ils m'ont demander ma carte d'identité que j'ai envoyer mais aucune réponse de leurs part.

After using it a couple of times I didn't think it would matter making a slightly bigger purchase and now all my orders are on hold support is useless and I don't seem to get a response from their 24/7 customer support. The chat bot is the worst part of the site all it does is tell you that there's an issue like no sh!t there's an issues otherwise I wouldn't need to use support.

so i bought a steam global gift card yesterday and when i entered the code it didnt work, so i waited more because steam says it might take a few hours to activate the code, so i waited more and it didnt work, i just tried a while a go and it didnt work. i contacted the seller and they didnt reply, i contacted costumer support and they didnt reply, i contacted kinguin on paypal and they didnt reply, now is that normal? i should have visited this website before i made my purchase.

Got scammed by a seller, got sold a used key.
Started a ticket, Kinguin didnt give a f***. Just said sorry for their long response times, gave me a code for 20% and said "resolve this issue with the seller".

1. You cant messege sellers.
2. How the f*** am i supposed to resolve an issue with a seller whom obviously scammed me?

I have bought tons of keys from here. But as soon as you get any issue, they dont give a f***.

Kinguin. Don't do it! You will regret it.

I purchased an Office 2019 key from Kinguin in mid -December 2020. So far I've spent about 3 hours of my time trying to get it to work, and I'm out $71.00. Their "support" gets back to you whenever they feel like it. Usually a week later for me. I've been trying to get it to work for a month and counting. When they do get back to you, they ask you to do the same thing over and over.

Paypal will do nothing for you. As far as Paypal is concerned, they sent you a key. The fact that the key doesn't work really isn't important to Paypal.

All in all a waste of time and money. I've learned my lesson. No to Kinguin. Paypal isn't much better.

I hope this helps someone avoid being ripped off like I was.
