Greatest Site for online orders. Period.
Since this stuff became legal there has been a lot of sites that started up. I’ve tried a bunch. King Tuts has been so consistent. I e ordered a lot of different stuff over the years and it never amazes me the quality. Great prices, great promotions, great customer service all around. If you’re looking for a great value buy. Wait for a code to come through. Hardly ever a problem, when there is, NEVER a problem unsolved.

Every person you speak with, works at KT :) We believe that makes a huge difference and in a competitive market like this one, we all have to do our best to take care of our members :)

It's good till customer support is needed
So long as everything gets delivered they seem great but, I had a delivery go missing and started an investigation with Canada Post like your supposed too. When trying to reach king tuts it took over 4 weeks to get in touch with their customer service. When they did reach out it was only because of negative reviews I had left. This all had me rather worried about the package and my money. After getting through with them and having my concerns generally brushed off, I did get my refund, but only in their credit. I was fine with this, provided they could do something to make up for the whole ordeal. They told me I should be happy I got my money back at all, and that they would throw in 2x0.5 G's for the problem(I was buying over 45gs of concentrates, that was already supposed to be part of the order!!!) Over all I feel bothered because how good the service was, only to be connected with probably just a terrible Customer service employee: RAF. Due to this shitty experience I'll find a better provider.

Hello Damian. A bad review on our customer service, this is something that very, very rarely happens. I was able to do some research into this issue and see how we missed the target on this one.
#1 We are extremely sorry that it took you 4 weeks to get a hold of us. The issue here was that our "contact us" form usually directs our customers to an email but we were having an issue with that service. We do have a Live Chat that we do monitor always. We do not use Bots or and 3rd party company, employees of King Tuts handle that service. We miss zero chats, and wish you would have used or tried that service as well but that is not your fault at all and again, we are sorry about you not being able to get a hold of us.
I was also able to see that Canada Post did have an issue with your order and the tracking did show they have the package but it's getting extremely late. Again, we are. very sorry about that but CP does experience delays but we always handle those issues and communicate with our members during those times.
Finally, I was able to chat with Customer Service and once they did find out all of this, they did express they were very sorry and did provide a full credit. They also did mention that they would also add some freebies on your next order, as an extra apology.
We are very sorry that you don't feel that was enough and that we did let you down.
I'm sure that you will use that full credit for a new order and we are sure that it will arrive on time and that you will enjoy it!
We are extremely sorry to see you go but if you do decide to come back, we will be happy to do our best and try and meet and exceed your expectations!
We have had such a great run of amazing reviews but sometimes a company can use a reminder that we MUST always do our best and pay attention to everything. I/we will be using this review to chat with the team and make sure that we tighten up in all areas that could possibly use some attention and that we may have missed.
Again, apologies and we will use your review to try to be even better! I hope you receive your replacement order ASAP and you enjoy it :)

I have been shopping with KingTuts for 6 months.They are a great company to deal with. Excellent, and friendly customer service.
Also, they have amazing prices and very grnerous promos on a regular basis. Shipping is fast, and the packaging is perfect!!
I have not liked every product I have ordered, but they took care of things VERY fairly with full store credit.
Re trust factor--don't worry about KT's. They are honest and will make right any issues/concerns you might have.
Re products--very diverse selection. Mainly I am buying extracts, and have been quite happy with the quality, and will continue to buy from them. I did try some 'Golden Teacher' mushrooms a while back as well which were very potent! I am not buying flower, but did get some recently as a freebie that was very good. That one was called 'Brain Damage'--lol.
Anyways, KTs, thanks for a very enjoyable ride so far!
