King Tuts is the best. I order from them all the way from Halifax Nova Scotia. They have great deals, awesome product and their customer service is amazing. So kind and very responsive. Purolator lost my package and they sent a replacement. I truly appreciate them and will continue to support them.

Hello Vern. I am very familiar with the situation and read your conversation. You did place an order and we would have shipped your order with Purolator if you did not have a P.O. Box, as Puro does not go to P.O. Boxes. The shop automatically ships orders with P.O. Box via Canada Post Express. Because of the rotating strike, your order might arrive a day later than usual but you will receive your order.
You did pay $2.49 for the Signature Upon Delivery, as Purolator charges that to us. However, CP does not charge for Signature upon arrival, so that $2.50 you did spend was money you should not have, so I see that you were credited $5 for the trouble and our mistake.
After reading your whole conversation, you seem to think that we still should have sent your order by Purolator, even though they do not ship to P.O. Box's, which I find to be a bit weird, as it's in everyones best interest if your order actually arrives at your door. I see that our team did relay that info very clearly, so I'm not sure the frustration here.
I can see that we did do our absolute best to inform you of why we shipped by CP and I also see that we did credit you $5 for the $2.50 spent.
I'm not sure what else we could have done to alleviate that frustration but after I took a look, I feel that the team did do their best. That being said, you still seem to be unhappy but I hope that changes once you receive your amazing products and amazing prices!
It's very, very rare that we get a bad review, so each one we get sucks for sure. I don't feel like we deserved this one but at the end of the day, if you don't feel taken care of 100%, that also sucks.
I'm sure the next one will go very smooth!
