This is around my 3rd order with King Tuts, however, I've been smoking their product for a lot longer, my friends & colleagues stand by this site, and I usually pitch on their orders if I don't order by myself. I've always received incredible product at a deal I've never found anywhere else. They have insane sales almost every day, if what you want isn't on sale today, check tomorrow! (Even off sale their prices are amazing.) The orders come in the mail FAST! Faster than I've ever seen from a M.O.M. (Sometimes the next day if you order early enough on a business day!) I was missing 1 product in my most recent order received today, the customer service experience was an absolute breeze. Literally 2 minutes and the issue was resolved. I've never had that kind of service with ANY customer support. Hats off guys, you have me as a permanent customer for sure!
