I have always had really good experience with Kings Road, which isn’t always the case when it comes to shipping from the US to Canada! It would be lovely if that shipping was a little cheaper but I understand it’s a long way. Tracking the shipment is extremely easy and always updates really quickly, so I’m never left with a package sitting out on my step that I don’t even realize is there. The quality of the merch is also great, some of my favourite items are from Kings Road!

Bought a big sweater with Cannibal Corpse, really good quality and good print! Bought three surprise packages and they were all the same t-shirt, it was a bday gift to my daughter, was hoping for and thought it would be three different things, not really seeing her in the same cannibal corpse t-shirt everyday, so yeah I'm taking one star off. The package arrived on really good time.

vinyl never arrived, bad service, don't buy anything from them!

Ordered a pre order of a vinyl a month early and it arrived 5 days after the actual release date… contacted them about this and they have just ignored me. So they clearly don’t care!

I wish my favourite bands didn’t use them as a vendor, they are useless!

Don't usually do this, but Kingsroad merch has to be one of the worst merch stores I've ever ordered from. Both the U.S. and Europe stores take forever to get your order out. I have tried both stores and won't be coming back as both times it took Kingsroad nearly 3 months to get me my order. I had ordered Christmas Presents in mid November that never showed up. I emailed Kingsroad Europe in mid December to find out where my package was and they assured me it was being prepared, only to get an email in mid January telling me their was a computer error and that a number of the items I ordered are no longer in stock and the order hasn't even shipped yet. No other merch store I have ordered from seems to have the problems Kingsroad does. I still have not received my order. Buyer beware.

I had reached out to the Kings Road Merch customer support team to see if they could help with an incorrect shirt size I’d received in a mystery box. I reached out on a whim, especially because I understand mystery box items are often based on what’s on hand, and I loved what I got, even if the shirt was a bit too small but figured it couldn’t hurt to ask. Not only did they respond within 24 hours with a fix and had my new shirt mailed out the following day, but they went above and beyond to ensure they sent a different shirt in the right size so I wouldn’t have two of the same. The communication was excellent and kind and I was so impressed with my experience. I also got my new shirt and it’s perfect! Thank you so much!

I've ordered 6 times from Kings Road over the last year. The quality of the merch is generally the same as standard band merch (not good enough for how much it costs but expectedly so). However, it takes FOREVER to actually get an order. My one normal non-preorder took a month to get to me (domestic shipping). I've learned to mentally tack on at least 2 months to every pre-order date quoted, and basically just take the "I'll be surprised and pleased once it gets here" approach for anything I've bought. Currently waiting for the LS Dunes deluxe vinyl which was listed as being sent out mid-november and then moved to mid January. The same thing happened with four other pre-orders this year. It's always "the label" or "the manufacturer", which is probably true, but they should pad those pre-order dates a bit if they're never going to hit them anyway. At least they're usually pretty good about sending emails if they are delayed. If you need something quickly, this is not your site. Otherwise, it's a solid place to pick up decent (if expensive) band merch.

Order took several months to ship items that were in stock.

Was sent a sealed record with the wrong record inside. How do you get that wrong? Then never received a replacement. Insane that I'm now asked for feedback about my experience.

I bought 2 colored vinyl LP's and one arrived as black vinyl. Wrote and received a reply the same day, seems that the pressing plant screwed up, and others received the black vinyl version in error too. King's Road sent out the proper colored vinyl LP and all is good.

I also bought 2 'Mystery Packs' that contained hoodies, t-shirts, stickers, etc. Very pleased with the order.

Pre ordered Cannibal Corpse merch in June, finally received my tracking number December 1st. I understand the company moved their warehouse across the states, but this is a crazy wait. I’ll never order anything from them again.

Cool Stuff, but I didn't hear anything for about 3 weeks, then got shipping notification, and it arrived soon after that.
