My overall experience was extremely…

My overall experience was extremely positive and easy. The website and subsequent store were very well designed and made finding my sought after items a breeze to find. Prices were reasonable and even slight of a steal when factoring in shipping costs. The shipping experience was fast and reliable. All items were accounted for and arrived within the provided time window. I would very much love to recommend this service for anyone and everyone. Thanks so much for getting me what I was looking for. Alkaline Trio rules.

Very long merch lines

Given the lines to the merch table we missed most of the opening performance. There was a lot of confusion and where the line stopped. I would suggest the QR code order method and fangoers can pick up merch when it is ready. It would reduce lines and more exposure to opening performances.

DELAYED SHIPMENT

The show was on St. Patrick's Day. That's when I ordered the shirt. I didn't receive it until the first week of April. Why the delay? Two t-shirts cost almost $100 with shipping--DELAYED shipping. I'm happy to support my favorite band in all their endeavors, which is why I spent the money, but so monumental a delay is ridiculous. I bought two shirts prior to the two I bought on St. Patrick's Day from the DKM website--maybe two or so days prior--and they have YET to arrive. I'm strongly considering canceling the order. It shouldn't take a month to deliver two domestic t-shirts.
