The ease of ordering and prompt delivery for starters. I am 6' 03" with a long torso and about 130kg. I finally found a source of quality clothing that fits me. Excellent customer service too.

Lovely note in package, I bought a few different sizes as I wasnt sure what to buy, so I have experience of the refund process too [he did keep some tops also as they were lovely].

Easy to use website. When there was a slight issue with delivery, they responded back straight. Very easy to deal with. Great quality stock.
