Super Service

I was looking over a month for a THM clavicula crankset in 165mm and the lead production time was over 8 weeks. Then I found King of the Watts online store who not only had it in stock but also in the best price on the market. I send Arno a message because this was a hard to believe offer but Arno answered immediately and make me fill safe as he sent me a detailed video with the exact product he had in stock. All the process was smooth and I had the crankset in less than a week!
Highly recommend this store!!

I bought a set of CARBON TI chainrings at King Of The Watts this week. King Of The Watts is certainly one of the Kings when it comes to customer friendliness, service and speed in delivering my CARBON TI chainrings. This Italian product was not even available in Italy as quickly as at Arno Matheyssen, Owner King Of The Watts CommV. A really super pleasant experience with this company.

I bought the Colango, which is no longer easy to get, from Arno.
He was absolutely competent and courteous.
The component received in the parcel could be replaced without further ado.

Really a top online experience.
Absolutely recommendable!!!
I would do it again in a heartbeat
Thank you very much Arno

Purchased the bikes from Mexico
King of Watts made it so easy for us to receive the bikes in Italy at the arrival of our trip.
Amazing service. Bikes are amazing and no problems of any kind when I opened the boxes with the bikes

Incredible buying experience, and just as important - the post purchase support was equally as good. Arno (the owner) and the King of the Watts team were fantastic with the purchase of a 'dream bike' build. While things didn't go exactly as planned due to a manufacturer packaging mistake - Arno sprang into action. He personally called me as soon as he got my message with an apology and next steps.

Having purchased many bikes and frames numerous online retailers over the years, I can say without hesitation - that Arno/King of the Watts has been the most thorough and supportive.

Many thanks Arno - I'll reach out for the next frameset soon!

P.S. Thanks for replying to my initial inquiries on Christmas Day. It was the 'nudge' I needed to pull the trigger on my first TT bike. ;)

Bought Princeton Wake 6560 wheels on Buycycle:
Arno (the seller) was very friendly and offered me advice. The product arrived in perfect condition and just as advertised.
Very happy with the service!
Thanks

Purchased a Colnago V4RS Pogacar edition from him. The experience was amazing, he answered all of my questions and eased my concerns with making a large purchase which involved shipping to the states. I would and will use him again without any question.

I was looking for Carbon-Ti chainrings that were unavailable anywhere else. Arno gave very good advice. Shipping and reception in record time, even for Réunion Island. Completely satisfied, I highly recommend. King Of The Watts is now one of my favorites, especially since the prices are well placed.
Shop with confidence!

Arno was great in communication and very professional. He helped a lot with providing the bike in such short notice and managed to deliver the shipping in Christmas break.

I initially placed my order because King of the Watts was one of the few places that had the Colnago TT1 frameset I was after in stock. The order confirmation came through very quickly and level of communication and customer service I experienced every step of the way was top notch. It askari helped that Arno was very knowledgeable and was able to answer technical questions for me that i couldn't get from the manufacture. I ordered from the USA and received the frameset in under a week. Thank you so much, Arno! I will return for more!

Excellent level of customer service and Arno adds a real personal touch to things. He was able to source the exact Colnago frame I wanted and continues to provide sound advice and help on the next part of my bike build.

Mijn eerste bestelling gedaan bij Arno , zelf afgehaald,
Alles perfect en vlot geregeld , reageerde zeer snel op de verschillende mails.
Topkerel!!

Perfect experience, best customer service!

Searched weeks to Order a set of Carbon TI chainrings and they had stock. Fast shipping, everything went very well

Received my Colnago V4Rs UAE frame super fast and happy to test it in the next couple of days. Had a few questions and the owner helped me quickly and arranged all docs for me super fast.
Could highly recommend them!

I was looking for a THM Clavicula for several weeks, stock being empty everywhere. With some luck, ended up on KingOfTheWatts' website and two of the crank specs I needed were available. Starting to doubt on the website since very recent, but after a few contacts with the owner and the reassurance that they were listed on THM and Colnago's website as official trader, I gave it a go. And received what I was looking for in record time! Awesome contact with them with a nice little discount on top of it! Highly recommended!
