We have used Kingdom Strollers for our last two Disney World vacations and I will continue to use them/recommend them in the future! Our experience has been above and beyond. They are prompt with their pick up and delivery times, easy to book, and flexible with changes. Our most recent experience was during Hurricane Ian and I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience!

Absolutely wonderful!! The delivery person text me when he arrived. The stroller was perfect and we loved having the cooler bag and stroller cover!! Communication was excellent, even during a hurricane!!

We were so pleased with the easy drop off and pick up services for our stroller at our resort. The stroller was in good shape and so nice to have for the parks! It was great to have the included rain cover and cooler as well. I would definitely use Kingdom Strollers again.

Stroller came on time to resort. Whenever I emailed . I got a response. Stroller was picked up at resort on time. The stroller was a little worn, it did have a small hole that was stitched close, but didn't effect the function of the stroller

Drop off and pick up were seamless. Appreciated that it came with a rain cover as we used it several times. Would definitely rent from them again.

Kingdom Strollers we’re great.
We had to dodge Hurricane Ian. And had to reschedule or pick up and drop off times a couple times. And they were so easy to deal with and quick to respond. Not to forget their strollers are great and very convenient.

Great service! Very good quality stroller!

I asked for drop off same day which was not offered which is understandable but when I had it scheduled for the next day it was wrong. The driver said he dropped stroller but did not. I had to call the driver then wait for over an hour for him to bring it. At Disney time is valuable, I don’t want to spend my time waiting for something that was supposed to be there.

The stroller was ready at our hotel before we got there. They were also very quick to respond to communication when we needed anything, especially while we were there during the hurricane.

Our double stroller arrived at the hotel on time and was left with the bellman, which made for a very easy pick up. The process was very easy to book and the double stroller was extremely helpful for two kids in Disney
