The team at Kingdom Removals were extremely helpful at short notice with a furniture move. They were prompt and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

We recently moved house and used Kingdom Removals who carried out a very professional service. They went over and above to make sure our house move went smoothly. Adam and Paul were excellent, they showed great care and attention when handling our stuff, nothing was to much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Kingdom Removals.

We engaged Kingdom removals to move our house contents after buying a new house in a different area. I initially dealt With Craig who was most helpful especially after the house move fell through. He was most understanding and couldn't be more helpful. We then got a new date for the move and again got Craig and his guys to carry it out. The removal van turned up early which was a god send. Paul and Adam the guys doing the removal could not have been any more helpful. They are two of the best guys we have met. They were totally professional, efficient and very good at their job. Their banter was excellent. The move went very well and the company sent an extra two staff to unload the van at the destination. We couldn't have asked for any more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a house move. Well done guys. It was a pleasure doing business with you .

They are Excellent !
I needed a Quick ( in a rush move as my flat had sold quickly at short notice ) from Victoria central London to the centre of Edinburgh .
So quite a lot of pressure and without having permitted parking in the cities ect .
All those scary thoughts of what could go wrong !!
They really good swift fast but with real competence & know how , the knowledge .
Craig, Paul & Richard are really good and work together ( not a cliché but true they like their work and are happy ) And they are really kind understanding too!!
I got a good confident feeling all the way through the moving that if there was a problem they’d be able to solve or adapt ( i had to change the day once )
I’d use them again & recommend them !!

Craig and the team have provided absolutely phenomenal service! I recently moved from Brighton to Dundee, and Kingdom helped make what could have been a stressful, long-distance move much easier!

The communication from Craig was excellent throughout, both by phone and email. Any questions I had were answered and Craig was really helpful in letting me know what to expect on the day.

Paul, Richard and Adam were friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout the move itself, they did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help!

Kingdom Removals moved us between two properties within Edinburgh, and we couldn’t be happier with them. Right from the start, they were positive, friendly and they worked so hard, making what could be a stressful situation run incredibly smoothly. Paul and his team went out of their way to help and advise us and really took care of our possessions. When they left we felt a little sad, because we enjoyed chatting and having them here so much! An incredibly kind and lovely group of people. Our 4 year old son wants them to come back again :)

We have used Kingdom Removals twice in the last 12 months and I wouldn't use anyone else! The first time they made a really stressful move so much easier, we were sick, we were in the middle of nervous breakdowns, we had a stressed cat with us and we are both disabled in different ways. The care we received made us feel valued and like the company was comitted to making sure we would be okay.
Then this year while stuck in London dealing with a stressful family situation I called Craig about clearing two storage units for me in a very short timeline and he not only made experience low stress but he helped me when we had push back from one of the storage companies and helped us access our things. We think this is the best moving company in Edinburgh.

Can't rate Craig, Richard. Adam. Tam and George enough. Fantastic service, so helpful, nothing was too much for them, very professional, and made what was a very stressful day for us fun. On a day where we had about 3 inches of snow, they made it look so easy. Would highly recommend using kingdom removals, they did go above and beyond. You will not be disappointed.

I am now on my second experience of using Kingdom removals and they’ve always been great. The guys are super professional and friendly. They’ve made a stressful emergency move before Christmas so much easier to handle by squeezing me in last minute. Cannot but only highly recommend their service!

I recently used Kingdom for a move from London to Edinburgh. I found Craig responsive and polite. The removal guys on the day were great, very helpful and hard working. They picked stuff up one day and delivered the next. Any logistical issues we had were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I would definitely use Craig and Kingdom again.

Craig and his team moved my elderly parents from East Calder to Glasgow. They organised everything from day one and even accommodated two date changes at the last minute.
From the outset he was polite and helpful and took any stress my parents were feeling about the big move day away. The whole team looked after my parents on the day of the move and they couldn’t have been nicer. Brilliant guys, hard workers and fantastic experience. Big thanks all the team at Kingdom Removals!

The moving chaps were absolutely perfect. Got going immediately and new what they were doing, they were careful and packed things very quickly. Also very friendly guys. Arrived promptly the next day at the destination and unpacked everything incredibly quickly. Couldn't have been better.
Only draw back I had was with the admin office side, there was some confusion around the arrival time of the van and I had to chase up the quote and final invoice. (Not that I'm any better considering how long it took me to post this review).
Will definitely go with Kingdom removals again next time I move

Craig was professional day one with giving me a quote and accommodating with my move from London to Edinburgh. He kept me up to date the days before and then handed me over to Richard and George . They arrived early Saturday and were polite and efficient and could not do enough to please me and make the move stress free. They then delivered all my belongings two days later in Edinburgh and were again excellent. Five star ⭐️ service and great team, thanks ! Karen Franchi

Craig and the team at kingdom removals were excellent from the first phone call till the very last item was dropped off at our new house. A real pleasure to deal with. Very polite, friendly and courteous. They took great care with all of our items. It can be quite difficult trying to find people to trust to move your entire house with care but I would definitely recommend kingdom removals and will most certainly be using them again in the future. Do not look any further if you’re considering a move.

IF we ever move again would 100% use Kingdom Removals

This is the second time I've used Kingdom. My first experience of them was so good they were my automatic choice the 2nd time. The 2nd move was particularly challenging. Kingdom arrived on time, but a difficult neighbour had deliberately parked her car across my gate, blocking access for removing furniture. Kingdom started moving boxes and the smaller items in a "human chain" around the car to get started. When the neighbour appeared 2 hrs later she proceeded to give them a torrent of abuse, which they handled calmly, diplomatically and professionally- while continuing to empty my house. But, this set them back and could have disrupted 2 other moves that day. Craig shuffled the crews around to make sure all 3 customers were unaffected. I was moving to a smaller property and it looked like my sofa wouldn't fit. But, Kingdom took the extra time to take my door off, dismantle furniture, get it inside and put it back together (remember, they were really pushed for time by this stage). There was good communication between Kingdom and I before the move and they were very organised on the day. No damage to any items or property as great care was taken throughout. I'm disabled and completely dependent on having a reliable removals company - which is why I've used Kingdom twice. They simply go above and beyond. I have no plans to move again soon, but will be calling Kingdom if and when I do.

We had a late minute change to our moving plans and they bent over backwards to find availability for us. Despite having booked with a different removal company originally. The flexible really helped take the stress out of what was a last minute change to our plans.
