The delivery arrived 1 day late
The delivery arrived 1 day late. And because of that the frozen seafood is all defrosted and has a very strong smell to it. I have tried to email them and call them but nothing don’t answer the phone call or the email. Save yourself the time and money don’t order from them.

I am very sorry you have left this negative review regarding your order, I can only apologise for your order arriving a day late we did send this on next day delivery however occasionally couriers do not deliver as promised.
I have looked into our emails and on 22/07/2020 we had a conversation via email and you was happy to accept the £15 refund we gave you for shipping as way of an apology for the the courier delivering your parcel late, I am sorry you have left this review and if you was not happy with the outcome we would of liked you to correspond with us more as we aim to provide the best customer service possible.

Bought whelks as a present for my Dad…
Bought whelks as a present for my Dad as simply can't source them on the South coast nowadays.
They phoned to say they couldn't deliver the Next Day but could the following day. All arrived as promised and my Dad was chuffed :)

I recieved my first order from King Crab. They did not have the cockles I ordered and I received a call from them advising me of this.
The product we received is of excellent quality! Beautiful fresh fish and mussles at convenient prices. We'll definitely buy again.
