It's obvious the seller is trying to get money without sending the goods. I bought a diagnostic device and paid with PayPal. I received the order confirmation. However, since they received my money, there's been no further communication. I waited the 3-7 day delivery time stated in the order confirmation and then activated PayPal Buyer Protection. Only after this was activated the item was shipped. Without PayPal, my money would probably have been lost.

I placed an order directly on the Kingbolen website on January 5th, but the experience has been very frustrating. My package has been stuck at the DHL Coimbra hub in Portugal for over a week with no movement. I paid for home delivery, but it seems there is a total lack of communication between Kingbolen and their courier. I am still waiting for my items and no one has reached out to solve this delay. Kingbolen needs to take responsibility for their shipping partners and ensure the package is delivered to Viseu, Portugal immediately. Order #14867.

Worked well for a year or so but after paying another 12 months subscription for £60 it never really worked properly, claiming my licence had expired 6 months into the renewal. Tried several times to contact Kingbolen but all emails, messages and contact forms have been ignored.

After reading the existing reviews i was very cautious about ordering a K10 Pro but after emailing the support team who put my mind at rest and understanding the stock was UK stock and based at Dunstable with no additional import charges or VAT I placed my order which was confirmed and delivered on the forth working day. What's not to like about that!

El 25 de diciembre pregunto por correo a Kingbolentool. com, si tienen un escaner de coche que venden en su almacén de España. A la hora me contestan que sí, que lo tienen en Europa. Ponen que tardaría de 3 a 7 días.
Lo compro y días después me mandan a mi correo un enlace de DHL donde aparece un tramite de aduanas en Alemania, de un país extracomunitario. Si pasa algo en la aduana lo paga el comprador o se pierde y regresa, mentirosos, parece que viene de China.
En la web de compra pone un precio menor de dólares pasado a euros y en la pagina final de la compra sale otro prácticamente igual al que salia en dólares.
Dos semanas después me manda otro DHL que esta en reparto, SIENDO MENTIRA. Días después pregunto al vendedor y NO CONTESTA.
Sigo mandando correos y sigue sin contestar hasta el 14 de enero que me dice que se ha perdido, que si quiero otro o la devolución, pido la devolución y me manda un recibo de habérmela hecho.
A la vez que me mandan otro correo por la tarde que me lo van a entregar.
No recibo mi dinero, sigo preguntando día tras día y tampoco contesta.
